Just ordered dinner and got curbside, which is the first time I’ve used that with Domino’s. But it’s been a long day at work and I wanted to be lazy, lol. They had my food out before the quoted time and the girl was super sweet. I made sure to tip the girl the brought out my food and will prob use this service again. Love Wells Rd Domino’s. Thanku for making my day a little easier today (yes I snuck a little piece before snapping a pic )

It’s hit or miss with this location, but usually a miss. Our last order, we ordered and paid for extra meat, cheese and sauce on 6-7 pizzas. Received pizzas with no extras. (So about $20 spent for the extras with nothing to show for it). What made it worse was that it lacked pretty much any sauce to begin with so the pizzas were dry. And anytime we’ve ever ordered wings, they lazily squirt your chosen sauce in a zig-zag manner across the tops of your wings so that they’re barely covered. They do the bare minimum and it shows.

I got the wrong order delivered to me and I called it in , the young lady was very nice and had a great attitude and fix my problem immediately. I loved her . 15 minutes later after calling I get a knock on door it’s my food but it was cold . I didn’t complain because my kids was hungry but then 30 minutes later I get my redo order I was confused but it was nice and hot . And both delivery men were nice and sweet. Thank you for being so kind to do what ever it took to get a customer like me happy and will continue ordering . Thank you

The staff have gotten extremely rude over the years!! No Customer Service at all. They sound high half of the time. Someone need to really look into this location. I have never had such terrible service in my life. Some years ago it was better but now obviously no one is holding this location accountable at all.I am from the same state as the corporate off never had any problems. This location need to be rebranded.

I ordered a simple pizza and garlic knots, I gave them my address, no other deliveries on the area ever have a problem finding my home. They called and asked where it was I explained to him easily and the the driver hung up and on me and didn’t answer my calls and the business must’ve blocked my number also because apparently the number that I originally ordered from no longer was valid. I called the business from another’s number and the same lady who took my order answered and I simply asked why they weren’t answering me anymore, mind you I just got home after a long shift and was very hungry, anyways she knew exactly who I was the moment I mentioned that I hadn’t received my order and continued to put me on hold and never came back and then when I tried to call back on my second number it wasn’t no longer working just like my first number. This place has been very unprofessional about this answering, and the reasoning was because apparently I gave them the wrong address which is 100% not true. I won’t be ordering from here again anytime soon. -10 on customer service if you ask me.

I order from here often and they always mess up. For the error with this order, on 4/9, I called to get my burnt pizza remade and redelivered. Spoke with someone named Hope who said it’s because it’s thin crust and if she sent another it’ll be the same (apparently they only serve burnt thin crust pizzas?). Even my hand tossed pizza is overcooked. She said it would take an hour to an hour and a half to get it. So surprised that she and Domino’s would think that is normal or acceptable

My son had a pizza delivered to me on super bowl day and He called and had it delivered to me from miles away. The driver had it here very fast and no delays with a large bottle of cold sprite. I was very happy!!! Great job!!!!
