Ordering was easy. Pickup is nearby. That’s the good. The pizza wasn’t cooked properly. The hand tossed dough wasn’t allowed to rest to get moisture out. It was cooked too hot, too fast, leaving it too thick and too soggy on the inside. Its still better than Papa John’s but’s that to tough to do.

I can’t believe how let down we were with this location. We were visiting from out of town and thought dominos was safe since it is such a well known chain we have eaten at for years. However, it took over two hours to get our food. By the time we got it, it was cold and stuck together. The first layer of cheese was melted at some point, but underneath it was uncooked. The shredded cheese was still in form, and the dough was gooey. The pizza wasn’t even properly cut. The hotel we were at was .2 miles away! Just a few blocks. Not sure what the hell happened. But judging from the other reviews I’ve now seen, it seems this location is seriously lacking customer service and proper cooking skills. Would avoid it completely

I placed an order for pizza & wings. The pizza was fine but the chicken was half cooked. I called the store & the manager told me to throw it away and the next time ask for it to be double or triple cooked. She would not send out another order and get the raw chicken back. She would not issue out a credit. She said basically I lost my money. She wouldn’t even give me the number to corporate office. This manager is ridiculous. She said she been there a month but apparently she doesn’t know what to do. Her customer service is terrible.

I do NOT recommend this location to ANYONE…I am a very patient person so when our order was placed online Sunday, September 11, 2022 for delivery and not delivered I was willing to come to this location to pick it up. However, when we called to check on our order, we were informed that the store never received it even though I have a confirmation email stating that it was ready and my card was also charged. I have been very patient and contacted the proper channels in order to receive a refund because we never received our food and have YET to hear from the manager or anyone else. VERY poor customer service…I am appalled that Domino’s allows its employees to treat their customers this way.

We order two pizzas a few days ago. I believe it was one of the best pizzas. I order a hamburger with extra cheese and my grandson got a pizza with ham extra cheese. It didn’t take long for them to deliver them and they was also golden brown. Again one more time they was the best two pizzas we got.

I can understand insuring the safety of your employees, but at the same time I can’t be charged with the past experiences of a location. I’m at a hotel and was told they do not deliver there. Meeting the driver at the hotel office wasn’t even a option. There was no compromise at all, simply was told “come pick it up or cancel it.” Well domino’s, make a way for delivery that’s good for everyone or shut down that location, clearly state on the app where exactly there is no delivery, or take delivery out all together. If delivery is only for the “nice neighborhoods” then don’t deliver at all to anyone.

The only good thing I have to say is that the people who work here that I interacted with are nice. However I ordered a pizza and received a pizza I cant call a pizza. For clarification I ordered a pan crust pizza, the crust wasn’t cooked at all and is seriously doughy.
