By far the worst experience I’ve had with Domino’s. Ordered buffalo wings not baked wings with a drizzle of sauce. Told me they would replace them then called back saying they need the original order back. Mine you they said it would take another 30 minutes to replace my wings. I have a family that’s been waiting for food now because we ate 2 of the wings they claim they can’t replace them. So my family isn’t supposed to eat for another 30 minutes while we wait for y’all to bring the new order back. Not only that but how is that sanitary to take food back that’s already been inside someone’s house?

Delivery is discouraged by the restaurant. Claiming they don’t have drivers. So after you order, expect a call asking you to cancel your order or pick up your delivery order! They work harder at not working than actually working. I long for the days when this culture was dealt with instead of catered too!

I get being understaffed and struggling, but at least make the orders you do take properly. We ordered 2 sandwiches, cheese sticks, and a pizza. Every item is way overcooked and lacking on ingredients. One of the sandwiches (Philly) we ordered with extra meat and cheese, guess what wasn’t on it? Can’t reach anyone when I try to call and speak to someone about it. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Ordered 2 large pizza’s (cheese and deluxe). It was delivered in a reasonable time. The cheese looked like it was made an hour earlier and was dry with not sauce. The deluxe looked fresh. I called the store and the woman who answered claimed she personally put tomatoes on the pizza. Would not offer any solution. I will never buy from this store again.

After the digital board said my order was ready it still took 10 minutes to be actually ready. When I got the pizza home it was overcooked and didn’t taste very well. The wings were ok, barely. I think we would have been better off with home baked frozen pizza and wings for a third of the cost.

Sorely disappointed, I mean COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY disappointed… My wings were dry af and the pizza was so awful! I think a store bought pizza would’ve been better. The guy on the phone acted like he couldn’t get simple instructions right… It took an hour to get out food and it was border line cold. Never order pizza when you’re too hungry to care… This is the results.

Always a great experience and food. Love the countdown clock that lets you know when it’s on the way. Employees are always friendly, even when it’s raining. Easy to place an order, whether your usual favorite or something different for a change. Viewing and using coupons is easy and money saving. And there’s the additional benefit that your pizza purchases can add up to a free pizza. Multiple methods of payment can be saved on the app or you can just pay cash if you want. Allows you to save more than one address so when I’m at my daughter’s house it’s just as easy to place an order and have it delivered there. With all the frustrating apps available that crash or create other problems, it’s nice to find one you can always count on. Highly recommend.

Worst Place Ever, terrible service, terrible food, hung up on us three times! It took over an hour for food when we live five minutes away, it was burnt even the pasta was burnt! How do you burn pasta?! And it was $80, we were trying to feed my grandparents and now they don’t have dinner! We take one night off of cooking for this?! Never ever again. Really disappointed here.
