Pizza was pretty good but on the night we ordered they were totally slammed which resulted in really late delivery times. I ended up saving them the delivery and just picked it up myself. Honestly, I sort of felt bad for them because they were working as hard and as fast as they could.

We order here often. When we first moved here we gave it a try. I expected the worst from a chain pizza place…. But I was proved wrong. This location is pretty constant with producing quality pizza. I’ve had one time I was disappointed. But numerous of great product times. And the driver Earl ads to the experience. The best courier I’ve met with any platform.

I’ve used them many of times sense moving to perry. My delivery guy was 20 mins late dropping my pizza’s off and he was in the neighborhood. Yes the number was inputed wrong on the site. But if you circle around you will come back out the neighborhood he never came back out nor circled around for 20 mins. When he finally made it to my house he lied and said he was about to go back to the store with it because he couldn’t find the house. I called the store and the Manager then lied and said the driver did come back and he just sent him back out to delivery it to us. Which was not try because still no tried to call because the right number was in the system once it was looked up. They became very rude until I said I’ll bring the pizzas back and just cancel my order. No one was using gloves to make the orders that was coming in also. My boxes was not taped closed so I did not trust it when he was in the neighborhood for 20 mins and it’s not that big of neighborhood for you to try and find a house for that long. The manager then tried to say sorry after he got rude and lied. Their customer service needs lots of work. But I will not be using them again.

I have been ordering from this Domino’s in Perry for years. I sincerely appreciate the people who deliver and prepare this delicious food. If and when a singular mistake has been made, their customer service is impeccable and immediate. The food is always delivered hot, drinks cold, and with a friendly smile. If you order with no contact, it is respected. Ordering online has been so easy with the tracking and step tracker of delivery service. I highly recommend this Dominos. It is really messed up to make an order with this Domino’s Pizza, they take my credit card information, we have to wait for over an hour, then, when I look at my bank app, they took the money out of my account and refunded it back to me. So, in other words, I don’t get what I ordered. If you chose not to take any orders, why did you not tell me that before I made my order? Thanks for no food tonight. And my phone says 12:08 AM. Google maps says that you don’t close until 1 AM. So, what is up with that?
