Awful experience! I ordered ExtravaganZZa pizza WITHOUT the regular Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce and WITH the Garlic Parmesan sauce in its place. Also, I substituted the pepperoni for salami on the order. I selected curb side delivery and when I got there I clicked the link letting them know I was there and starting the 2min timer. They never showed up. I saw online they listed my pizza as delivered to my car at 1min 38sec. Which was incotrect. I had no pizza brought to me. I went inside and was told they brought my pizza out but didn’t see my car so they brought it back inside. Did they call me to find out where exactly I parked ? No! They just stopped the timer so they wouldn’t have to give me a free pizza and didn’t bother to check where I was at. My other issue is that when I FINALLY got my pizza and got home I found they TOTALLY IGNORED the order I placed and made the pizza however they usually do instead of the way I customized it!! The pizza is full of the Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce instead of the Garlic Parmesan that I ordered AND there are pepperonis all over the pizza and no salami WHAT-SO-EVER! AND FINALLY the cheese bread I ordered was burnt to a crisp around the edges. I can’t even eat this mess. I spent $30 for something inedible!!!! Never again!

Excellent Domino’s experience. Simple online ordering, order tracking is nice, although my order showed as being ready but when I walked in my order was still in the oven. It was ready to go two minutes later, not a big deal. Pizza and pasta were still hot when I got home, order was made as requested.

This location is the closest to our house so we continue to use it even tho we have had little issues here and there in the past. Missing items, rude workers, etc. Tonight was the absolute worst and when I tried to let them know about it, I got an angry call from a kid who was working there and she was very confrontational! They gave us basically a box full of burnt cardboard and wings that was overcooked and another pizza that was burnt in places. We were only taking back the worst pizza and I tried to let them know that the oven may be running hot. It was absolutely horrible and I don’t care how far we will have to drive, we will only be going to the location on Cleveland Hwy. They have always been consistently awesome. Cuyler St has always been consistently disappointing.

Seriously the worst experience I have ever had with a Dominos! Order placed at 11:15pm dominos tracker read out for delivery at 11:38, midnight I call to see what’s going on and the manager after putting me on two long holds says that the driver is on my road. 12:30 still no pizza, 12:45 delivery guy arrives with a cold pizza with incorrect toppings barely any cheese on one side and no sauce on any of the pizza! I’ve contacted customer service and I will be following up until I at-least get a refund.

Just got pizza about an hour ago. Ordered two pizzas and the 5 cheese dip with bread twists. The pizza was burnt and stale. The cheese dip was cold and no good. The delivery guy asked for a tip when it’s rude to do that especially when you don’t have the money to do so and you put no tip on the order. We have ate here for a long time but this is the last. The time before this which was in July on the 23rd it was stale and burnt as well. Fire the employees that make this pizza and hire new employees that actually can cook. If I could give 0 stars I would. I highly don’t recommend anyone eating here.

I am so impressed with the level of this store’s amazing customer service! I had a really horrible experience at the Tunnel Hill store last night and this morning (a manager chased me out of the store taking pictures). The TH store had messed up our pizzas horribly, and instead of fixing, it the manager had a temper tantrum. She eventually agreed to replace the pizzas, but the pizzas never came. I went to this store to get some information and maybe contact info for the district manager, and they went above and beyond helping me down a path to get in contact with somebody and offered to make the pizzas that the other store messed up for free. I’m still really upset by the interaction at the Tunnel Hill store, but the interaction at this store has made me feel better about the whole situation. Thank you to all the employees and the management at this Domino’s location! You guys are amazing!
