Very disappointed! Order was 20 minutes later than what was originally promised. I ordered an XL Brooklyn pizza. Instead, they delivered two medium pizzas, one thin crust with pepperoni and the other medium pizza with this funky tasting sausage. We didn’t even get the garlic butter that we ordered and paid for. I tried calling the store 4 times and could not reach a live person. I complained over the app, but got no response. I’m done with ever giving any business to this location.

This place delivery time is always way off. The pizza is made sloppy and soggy. The crust doesn’t have any garlic on it. The thin crust I ordered. Wasn’t even spaced correctly. There were 3 pieces cooked on top another 3 pieces. Wants crispy at all. They need help at this location. Maybe new management will help save this place.

Tonight we ordered cinnamon bread twists with our order. They arrived and looked fine until we began eating them and noticed a smokey smell/taste. I thought they were maybe burnt, but it didn’t take us long to realize there was HONEY BBQ SAUCE on our cinnamon twists. Needless to say, we didn’t finish them and food was wasted. I have no idea how this mistake could happen without an intentional sabotage of our meal or a severe laziness and lack of quality assurance in the kitchen. I don’t know if you can tell from the photo, but it’s the glazed brown sauce. Please avoid this Dominoes location. I know that they typically have decent food, but this one is consistently awful.

This location NEEDS A NEW MANAGER!!! I have given this location plenty of times to get the order right and it’s really not that hard. I order the same thing every single time! I order at least every other weekend. If not more. I order mainly for the parmesan bites.The couple of times I ordered it was not even hot. I ordered last month and it said it would take an hour. Turns out it took 2 hours and the manager said “we’re short staffed”. Today I ordered the same thing I always do. When I got my order I realized they gave me parmesan twists instead of bites. When I called to speak to them about it the man who answered said “it’s the same thing as the bites” no it’s not. I told him “im sure it tastes the same but it is not what I ordered “. He was mad that he even had to fix the order. MAYBE YOU SHOULD GIVE THE CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY ORDER YOU WOULDN’T HAVE TO FIX IT!! It’s literally commons sense which obviously isn’t so common anymore. That’s a shame. This will be the last time I order from this location. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO ORDER FROM ANOTHER LOCATION OR ANOTHER PIZZA RESTAURANT.

Gave this dominos multiple chances everytime I order. Every pizza I order is alway sloppy af. This one is no where near a medium I usually get at all! So pizza wasn’t done at all!! Called them and they responded by saying that we can pick another one up but I don’t live that close. So she said that we can have credit , placed us on hold then she said that they can deliver it 20-25 mins ok that’s fine. One hour and 10 mins goes by , my husband called back and they keep hanging up the phone. I called from a different number they picked up!! I ordered a Philly steak and cheese pizza this evening. My pizza was delivered with NO CHEESE. I call said there must have been some mistake that this was not the pizza I ordered. The man on the phone said that it was a mistake someone ordered the exact same pizza as I had at the same time with no cheese but they would remake it and have it right out for delivery. So the second pizza gets here and and the delivery driver tells me that they were out of cheese and so they put extra sauce on this one to make up for no cheese. That between the 2 incorrect pizzas I should find enough to eat and they would put a credit on my account. WHAT??? What ever happened to being honest? Can’t you just tell the truth? I did not want your dishonesty or your nasty incorrectly make pizza . I would have gladly changed my order to something that was correctly made and not disgusting. No wonder you don’t get repeat business. Dishonesty, intentionally deceiving people. You should be ashamed.
