!!!Always undercooked!!! It has been a year before tonight since I ordered from this place and I forgot the drill. Turn your oven on about 10 minutes before they show up so you can finish cooking your pizza. And their phone number is bogus also – I called to ask for well done after I realized what store I had ordered from and was on hold when the driver pulled up. Just don’t get your hopes up is all I’m saying.

Pizza was okay. Considering I ordered just cheese with extra cheese; the pizza was burnt and hardly any cheese on it. Quality of food has went down at all the restaurants in Hartwell. The workers don’t care what they give you considering the amount of money it cost.

The food is good. But the service sucks. I ordered 4 subs. For curb side pickup. I did everything they said to do and I still ended up going inside to get it. And the boy handed me 4 subs with no bag. Free pizza on next visit? Naw they didn’t know anything about it. I’m going to pizza hut next time.

I tried to call my order in and the phone rang and it was never answered. We arrived at the store and my husband went in and placed our order. I let the phone ring until we arrived at the store.

My wife and I planned an evening at a local Hartwell Lake park with pizza after a terrible hard week wrapping-up end of the year work at a busy elementary school before summer. Ordered online. As we turned in to the store parking lot we noticed two Domino’s employees out smoking. As I entered the store they came in through the side at the same time. I watched them put on their aprons and then proceed into the cooking area-never washing their hands. One seemed to be the shift manager. She asked if I was picking up an order and I told her yes and gave her my name. She then said she doesn’t see the order. She then just walked away into the dough area and started giving instructions to another worker. The other unhand-washed employee stared handing out boxed pizzas to customers. I stood there and then it donged on me, neither her or the other Domino’s associate ever washed their hands. I LEFT!

Pathetic excuse for a pizza place and staff !!! Ordered food for delivery a little before 8pm. Driver called after 9:00pm and said they couldn’t find our house. Reviewed the directions and advised the driver I would go to the end of our driveway and wait for her. She replied with “I ain’t got time for this, I don’t see a house nowhere” and HUNG UP on me !!!!! I called the store and asked for the manager. The manager stated she would call the driver and find out what’s going on, then would call me back. She never called back. At 10:00pm, I called the store again and she said “The diver came back to our store”. I said “Ok, I’ll come pick it up there” and her reply was “Sorry, we’re closed now ! Life isn’t perfect so you’ll have to learn to adjust”
