The driver forgot part of our order and I told him not to bother coming back because we would be finished eating by then. I asked that he refund me for it. I got a call from April the manager, telling me she can’t refund me and needed to have it redelivered and that “they need to learn to take their whole orders.” No one ever returned with the rest of the order so I am going to file a dispute with my bank. So much for being a good tipper. From now on I will tip in cash based on the service (but will not order from Dominoes).

When a client walks in they are not responsible for the store being short staffed!!! I purchased a pizza online for my husband to pick up around where he is working. The employee misunderstood him because of language barriers and accidentally made a separate order from the one I did over the phone. My husband didn’t know I had paid for the pizza already,so he went back and asked for a refund from one of two orders since there was a MISTAKE. She got the biggest attitude the second he tried to explain to her mind you there is a LANGUAGE BARRIER HE WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN IN A NICE WAY! She went off on him and I think that is disrespectful because he didn’t approach her in an aggressive or rude behavior. Store needs some lessons on how to not take your anger for being short staffed out on clients. Especially when they didn’t get an attitude with them!

I had medium hand toss w/ Alfredo and Philly steak. Added green olives and onions, honestly best pizza I’ve had in a long while. I highly recommend the spicy and feta stuffed cheesy bread. Amazing!!!

Very disappointed. Ordered 2. First time it took almost an hour to get the food, which in turn was almost lukewarm at best. Supposed to fix but link doesn’t work to do that even though it says I did (still nothing) tried a second time and was so totally upset I didn’t even eat. Chicken bites was not there! Spent 25 for what? Of course no answer when I called and still nothing when I did survey. Wont happen again. First time was Awesome so what happened? Pics are of the 2 orders of chicken bites. Worth $25 to you?

Misogynistic service. Three women were waiting in store for up to twenty minutes to pick up their ready orders. The food was sitting behind the counter, and no one would help them. Staff and their manager kept telling the women to wait. But as soon as a man asked for his order, staff jumped to help him. I called out the manager for sexism, and he threw me out of the store.

We placed an online carryout order through the website which was easy. We ordered a pasta dish, medium pizza, 2 orders of garlic knots, 1 order cinnamon twists, 2 garlic sauces (costed extra), and a 2 liter. My husband picked it up and they forgot the 2 liter, so he went back before he left the lot. He finally gets home and we have zero garlic sauces and the garlic knots are dripping and soggy.

My experience was no so good. Pizza was scheduled online for delivery at 10:30 pm. Driver showed up with the pizza and it was the wrong one. I was ready to eat and go to bed, so I offered to just take it even though it was wrong. However, the driver said they can’t do that. He said they would need to make me a new pizza. I assumed it would be like 30 minutes since dominoes was 2 minutes away from my hotel…. NOPE… I called at around 11:30 pm and was promptly hung up on. It finally showed up at almost midnight. Driver was a nice guy and the pizza was ok, but the wait was not worth it.
