Every time I order delivery from this location it has been trash or either canceled. After my last two orders I filed a complaint on the manager/employee Asher for his rudeness and disrespect with the Domino’s corporate center after my order was canceled due to their usual after 7:00 never having a driver available. I went to the location to find out who the employee was because he refused to give his name and he stated that because they are a franchise he doesn’t have to tell me anything or speak to me and hung up in my face repeatedly. I was giving his name by an employee on duty who stated that he is nasty to them and all customers. I submitted an ordered the next day and was sent burnt/overcooked pizza prepared by Asher per the app out of retaliation for my complaint the day before. Two weeks later and I still have not had a call back from the Domino’s corporate center. Employees are being treated unfairly by this manager/employee All the way down to the driver who was well aware of my previous complaint the day before and I’m not the one that mentioned it to him He brought it up to me because they recognized my name on the delivery order. I do not understand how this person still has a job or this location is even open.

Place delivery order over the phone ask them live ad the door and gave 10$ tip ahead.Ask some crushed peper,cheez and dippings,nothing came just the pizza disappointment. call the store the employee told me they dont put it in just Terrible now have 2 go store get it sucks.

One of the delivery drivers today was providing a courtesy call which is fine — I don’t mind that at all. But I just got the nastiest, most vile attitude of all time from this delivery driver today. I didn’t need any of the lip service or condescension I received but all I asked the driver to do was to place to pizza at the side door because the address he was delivering to was a place of business — a senior living facility with moderate foot traffic. The person inside who the food was for works with elderly individuals and so I advised the driver that he can leave the food at the side door just so that it’s out of the way of anyone who tries to enter. He says, “I can leave it at the front door” with the sassiest intonation you can imagine. Completely unnecessary. I pointed out his tone and even apologized if I had said anything wrong and he said “well I didn’t expect for this call to be awkward” as if he didn’t make the call awkward. Then he proceeded to continue telling me he would just leave it at the front door when this was not my request. He than hastily tried to shoo me off the line with a ” ‘Kay, you have a good day, bye” like sir really? Oddly enough I didn’t forsee the delivery being such an inconvenience for him, as it is HIS job, and the last driver that completed this task gave a courtesy call and dropped the pizza off at the side door with not one peep or complaint. Two stars was gracious only because I suppose he had a bad day. But that really isn’t a way to talk to a customer at all. This delivery was just around 7:00 PM on 4/18. Whoever the driver was, I get that you’re going through it, but next time don’t let your internalized issues seep into your work etiquette like you did today.

They delivered my pizza to the wrong house and they told me to go get it myself. When I told them to give me my money back they hung up on me. I was a delivery driver for several years for the cowabunga and the pizza the pie franchises and I would have never treated customers the way I was treated. Pure rudeness and attitude from these employees. I will notify Greg Fox personally and let him know how poorly his franchise is being run.

Absolutely love this dominos! I come here a few times a month through the drive thru station. It’s always on ready on time to pickup as well as the food being super hot and delicious. The staff is amazing and very kind. I only see smiles when I am at this location.

I ordered a pizza online for delivery and had an Uber pick it up. I received a burnt pizza. I called to question the quality control. That pizza never should have been sent out. I called to inform the manager of my unsatisfactory quality. I was told that I would receive credit and all I would have to do was give any manager on duty my phone number. A week later I called up there to order another pizza and to use the credit I had I was told that there was no manager there by that name and that there was no credit. Alex the General Manager told me it wasn’t his problem that his associates lied and acted like they were managers and sometimes that what is needed for unsatisfied customers and that I can complain all I want in an email or over the phone all complaints come to him anyway. I will never order from this location again. The inside is unsanitary and due to what is all going on with Covid they should be taking precautions when preparing food. They should use gloves and wear face masks and they don’t. I was told by the general manager they have a right not to wear masks and wear gloves. They leave that up to their associates.
