Currently on hold with them. Ordered delivery at 1:04 pm it is now 2:35 pm. I’ve called several times tried to report.. Nothing!! My order was around $30, I tipped $4, I know it’s not much of a tip but I expected better customer service. Refund PLEASE!!

The first time I ordered from this location, I got delivery and never received my order. The second time I ordered was an accident because I meant to choose another location, but unfortunately I got stuck with them again. Again, did delivery. 30 min after the supposed arrival time, I drove to the store to see if it had even been sent out, surprisingly it had. But even from the drive there, and back to my house, still don’t have my order. Will update at the end of the night whether or not I got my order. Update: did receive my order, but was barely warm and didn’t get the 2L I ordered.

I must say that no matter if I’m dropping by after work in the afternoon, my pizza is always fresh & deliciously made. Even on the weekend nights, they deliver my family’s order with everyone happy to order again because the pizza satisfied us all & was deliciously prepared. Kudos to you all! I know it’s easy to complain but I give this restaurant on Bouldercrest credit for being great and exceeding my expectations for great pizza service in the area. Keep up the good work!

I attached pics of the remake and lava cakes. Forgot powder and purposely caused a delay to make my remake pizza. She’s said sauce needed to be made and put into the bottle. She made several pans and made me wait. She still put a little cheese on top of the remake when I asked her not to twice. Gave me less pepperoni on remake. Being funny. Every time I order from them the food is good, except this last time I received a wrong order. I called and finally got ahold of someone and he rushed to tell me when I’m ready to call in my replacement order. I waited an hour and a half yesterday to receive my order, a single medium pizza with pepperoni and jalepeno and an order of cheesy bread. When my order was delivered, the delivery boy didn’t ring the doorbell, and if it hadn’t been for one of the people living here sitting outside, he would’ve left it on the ground and walked away. The guy who was sitting outside had to tell him to set it on a table we have outside. Then the delivery boy drove away without me notifying me that my pizza was here. Honestly, I’m going to get my free pizza I’m owed, and then I’m never ordering from this Domino’s again.

Now this doesn’t make any sense. Not only was the pizza cut any kind of way but the wings weren’t even thoroughly cooked. On top of that I’ve never seen flat pita bread looking garlic knots sold from dominos ever in my life. You all definitely need to do better especially when we’re paying for the food. I will never order from here ever again.

The employees here are fast and friendly. My pizza was ready within 30 minutes on a busy Friday night, so it’s pretty impressive. Very happy overall. One star lost only because I have to pick it up. If you have it delivered, you will wait for a couple hours and the pizza is cold and looks like it was tossed around in a clothes dryer… With the heat turned off. Definitely recommend picking it up yourself.
