Unfortunately this is my second time trying to place a delivery order with this location, the first time they took the order then called me back and canceled my order stating that there was no delivery driver. The second time ( with was the next day ) they took my order, I paid with my debit card, then they called me back and stated that there was no delivery driver and that my funds would be returned in 1 to 2 business days depending on my financial institute. There’s more to be said but I don’t think I have the space, seems like u should know if you can deliver before you take a delivery order…in short I wouldn’t shop here again, I should’ve read the reviews first

This is my second and final time ordering pizza from this Domino’s. I spoke with the General Manager Brittany about my Handmade Pan which should come with two layers of cheeses according to the description online. I also paid for extra cheese and sauce and there’s a couple of slices with barely any sauce and cheese on them. She started going on and on about how she made my pizza and she weighted everything out. However, how does the General Manager send out a poor quality pizza? What kind of example is that for your employees?

Placed a delivery order, my order sat in quality check for over an hour. I called the store and was told that they don’t have a delivery driver. I asked why did no one call and let me know I’ve been waiting so long to which I was told they forgot :/

The first time I had issues they delivered me a burnt literally black pizza with no cheese. I brought it back and had them remake my pizza. Mistakes happen, I get it.

Today I ordered pizza online. I had a positive experience. Through the pizza tracker, I was kept updated on the baking process. My pizza was Fresh & tasty. The young lady who brought me my pizza through carryout was friendly & polite. I’ll be returning again soon.

Do NOT order from this location. Poor customer service. I placed my order online for pickup and got home with my order to find that my pizza was covered in onions after specifically ordering no onions. We double checked the receipt to make sure I put no onions and it says right on the receipt NO ONIONS in big bold letters. We call to inform the store of their mistakes, which we know happens, and the person who answers the phone listens to our complaint and automatically asks if we are sure we put no onions on the order, we reply with yes and that it is printed on our receipt. They direct the call to the manager next and she says that they don’t do partial refunds so since it was only one of our items that were messed up they won’t do a refund for their mistake. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!

took over an hour to get the pizza and when it got here it was stone cold. Clearly, they cooked it then let it sit long enough to get cold. Worst pizza i have ever had. Boxed frozen would have been better and cheaper.
