I don’t like to complain, but this is quite possibly the worst excuse for sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life. We ordered a Mediterranean veggie that only had cheese and spinach on it and an Italian that only have pepperoni, ham and cheese. I spoke with the location manager, who simply said mistakes happen. If I could give zero stars I would. If you are interested in seeing how bad the sandwiches are, see the two pictures below that I posted.

I spend a good bit of money at this store I am/was a regular customer here it is Saturday night and can’t accept a100 Dollar Bill cash money? I get it, the drivers can’t talk take anything over 20 it’s for their safety but I went ahead and ordered pick up anyway, then the asian guy working there was rude & had an attitude after making me wait inside the store after my order was ready to pick up. Next restaurant I went to had NO PROBLEM taking that 100!

Getting bad when fast food restaurants don’t care about their customers. Called in an order, which went through a call station, and that’s a joke. Went to pick order up and I could see 5 people when I walked in. Two were working and the others were standing around. Stood for 5 minutes while they saw me and never acknowledged I was there. Someone from the back sauntered to the register and asked if he could help.

Ive ordered from this dominos for years. There for a while it was sketchy, but over the last several minths they have stepped up theor game. The pizza is hot, and always accurate when i order. For pick up or delivery its quick! Keep it up!

Got really messed up by ordering pizzas for a School from another pizza chain that will go unnamed, but has a little roman dude leading them. This location stepped up, helped me out and save the days with pizzas real quick to serve to all the kids the customer service was amazing. The friendliness was amazing. This is where I will get my pizza in Douglasville from now on.

Was a quick fix for dinner but disappointed this time because of the cinnamon twists barely had any cinnamon. Last time it was loaded with cinnamon and became our favorite dessert. This time not a bit of cinnamon on the twist themselves. Guess I will consider paying for pizza at pizza hut again. Very disappointed.

They Burnt the pizza, I showed the young guy when I picked it up, that it was burnt, he said oh did she mark it as well done? Well I don’t know what she rang it up as…but I didn’t tell her I wanted a well done burnt pizza, he didn’t offer to re cook or anything, this is some sorry service and very unprofessional. Tried to eat the pizza and it is just inedible…pizza is not a hard thing to make

My order was totally wrong, when I called to let them know the person on the phone insisted that it was correct, they were very rude and hung up on me, I returned the order and the person was still extremely rude, I went to Papa John, no more King Highway Dominoes.
