I not proud of my self for not knowing this person name, but he’s an Asian stocky pregnant looking Delivery driver needs to be fired. This guy has no clue what customer service is. He is a horrible representative of the Domino’s Pizza brand as well as the location where he works. If you order from this restaurant do not order delivery. One he delivered to the wrong address. I tried to explain to him that he had the wrong address and he was not listening to me. He said that he knows this the right address and that I just don’t want to pay. I said to him I pay my order online. Then he goes on with cursing me out walking away. Before he gets to his car look at the receipt I can tell he realizes that it was the wrong address. This is ridiculous that I had to get cursed out from him.

Terrible service!!! I ordered at 5:28pm got a notification that my pizza was on the way at 5:58pm. I literally live 2 mins away only reason I ordered delivery is because my kids were sleeping and didn’t want to wake them. At 6:21 I called to see where my pizza was at because the “pizza tracker” kept changing delivery times the man on the phone said it had just got put in the car and he would be there in 3 mins… waited another 20 mins and my order still wasn’t at my house called asked to speak with a manager and why my pizza wasn’t delivered yet they placed me on hold for 10 mins the delivery driver showed up while I was on the phone with them and gave me the oldest pepperoni pizza known to man and my second pizza wasn’t even made right

Guy with the dreads was making pizza with no gloves what do ever. I literally seen him make a spinach and cheese pizza with his bare hands. other than that this is the best Dominos I been too in awhile but I would hate to see what I saw again.

My app told me my pizza was ready at 5:39pm however when I walked into the store at 5:43pm I was told it was not ready. I showed my app to the cashier that said it was ready. She pulled up my phone number and said, it ain’t ready yet”. I was perplexed but I waited. She helped another customer and at 5:49pm the pizza mysteriously popped on the shelf like magic and the cashier placed it on the counter. I had to ask, “is that mine”?

I’m sorry that I can’t give them the negative zeros -0 they deserve. I went on the app, which they have screwed up and it basically doesn’t work consistently. Ordered pizzas, desserts and drinks for these kids. I tracked it on the app and over 2 hours later with no food. The app showed delivered and though I called and was on hold over 20 minutes over 4 times, they never answered the phone. I finally left home and went into this ghetto unprofessional location to find out what the problem is and get my money back. The unprofessional individual gave me a receipt claiming it will be a few days before I have my money back. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I have been a loyal customer but they are getting worse, and I’m done. Never again Dominos. There are a million pizza places around here, take it from me, try them instead of here.

This place is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I called for delivery. They lady who answered the phone tried to rush my order although the online website was messed up! I asked how to pay. She had a nasty attitude, stating she was “waiting on me.” I gave her my card number. She started to say my credit card number out loud over the phone. I asked her not to do that! She got even more rude and hung the phone up! I will not be returning and will contact corporate!

Gesh I’ve ordered from here before. The last two or three orders have been, not so good and take forever to deliver it. So hey I get up and go up there to pick it up. Yeap it’s not even ready. This is a whole hour and 15 mins later. They have gotten real slow up there. But over the pizza is good and hot.

Never order from here staff is very unprofessional and rude! They charged my card and never delivered the food. Decided to go to the restaurant myself to see what happened and while speaking to a so called manager two employees rudely started a full blown argument with me while the manager watched! This dominos used to make good pizza but the last three times have been bad. They do not make their pan pizza right because they are trying to save money (cheat the customer). Two layers of cheese and toppings are suppose to be to the edge like their ads. MOD would rather give me money back instead of making it right. They are ok as long as you do not have a problem with your order.
