Worst experience with this location 5 time. Every time we order 5 toppings pizza they miss 3 toppings on it. Few times they not even cut properly. Worst customer service . I recommend better stop ordering.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service ever! I had two big events I ordered pizza for. Both times they didn’t have a driver. Luckily the first time we were able to pick up. The 2nd time I called 12 times when my pizza was not at the expected time and nobody answered. I drove up there and he just said, sorry I don’t have a driver!!!! He didn’t even start making the pizzas and said when I had a driver I was going to deliver them. Absolutely the worst experience. Horrible customer service with zero accountability. Thank goodness for Little Caesars…they saved the day!!!

Worst customer experience today with dominos. I have ordered garlic bread twists and Brooklyn pizza. This is what I got it bread twists with out garlic and oval size pizza as shown in tiktoc video. When I asked for manager every employee says am the manager and one of them mentioned his name is Taylor. When I said am going to complain this experience every one is arrogant. Domino’s please have a look at surveillance system around 10 pm EST so that you have conversations happen d at store.

Highly recommend staying away from this location. Bad customer service, pizza not fresh, hard like cardboard,wasn’t hot at all . Ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and they definitely skimmed out on the cheese , they definitely did not put extra cheese . Also when I picked up the pizza it was dry , not hot and missing cheese . When I complained, the lady had the audacity to say that’s what happens when you wait 30 minutes to pick it up , I even mentioned to her that the tracker wasn’t working . When I asked her to remake it she clearly did not want to and eventually said well I’m backed up right now ,it will be a very long wait . Worst customer service ever . When I told her I didn’t like my pizza she should have gave me a new one without all this back talk .

They took our order, with a promise to deliver in 25 minutes, then after 50 minutes we called for an update and they said they cannot fufill our order. So we decided to check in the store, where they were acting very rude.

I’m sorry but this this the worst Dominos I have ever been to! The wait was the wait over 1.5 hours for one pizza. When I walked in there were over 10 people standing around waiting- some which were told was a two hour wait. Then I look over and this girl with extremely long fake nails is making pizza without gloves on. She was touching everything in there and the food. Absolutely disgusting!

Not sure why the reviews are so critical here at this Steeplechase location. Everyone, including the manager was hustling and making things happen when I arrived to pick up my pizza – Including the delivery drivers. In addition, the pizza looked and tasted AWESOME!! The picture below doesn’t do it near the justice it deserves. Thanks to all the employees at this store who are busting tail to try and get fresh product out the door amongst this trying period due to COVID. Best pizza I’ve had in 8 months!! All I can advise to the rest of the public is to put yourselves in their shoes instead of thinking from the receiving end.
