I ordered pizza from the stonecrest location at 7:59pm 4/28. I’m writing this at 10:53pm (3hrs later) because I still have not received my pizza. I called the store once to get an update at 10pm and he told me my order was on the way. I still have not received my order. They could’ve told me something so I could’ve went another way for food. I have 4 hungry children waiting for pizza. Now I have to spend more money to order more food from somewhere else. Please run me a refund for this order ASAP! This was handled so unprofessional. Corporate you have 24hrs to respond

Horrible staff and management. Placed a delivery order Saturday night and the complete wrong order was delivered. Called the store and was told my order would be delivered again that night. We got nothing. Called the next day and the manager told them to tell me call back Monday because they were busy. I’m disputing the charge with my bank.

Well don’t order online and expect an accurate outcome. I ordered 2 medium pizzas for 16.24, Well we only got 1 pizza and manager said they are not responsible for online order issues. We told her we would return for refund and she said do whatever you want, but she isn’t going to give us another pizza.

Do not order pizza from here, the employee’s are rude when you call with a concern they hang up on you. I order a pizza and it took over an hour to get it and I live five minutes from the restaurant door. I order it on my way home from work and I made it home before the the delivery was made and it takes me 45 minutes to get home.

Ordered a pizza at 8:01. It was raining so I gave the driver the benefit of it may take longer. At 9 I decided to call the store to see if the driver had attempted to deliver my pizza. Could never get an answer because it was a 877 number listed instead of the store number on Google. I decided to go see what was happening with my order at 9:15. I arrive there and the young lady working the counter was very nice. I waited patiently while she waited on a few customers. She could not find my order so she called the driver and I quote ” the driver said it was raining and she had gotten off work and forgot my order was in her car and went home.” My face ♂️are you serious? It was raining so she went home and forgot she had my order in her car. I can’t make this stuff up. The young lady was sweet and I told her it’s and hour an 30 minutes later just refund my card. Unbelievable!!

Now, I do not like to complain about anything but when you see something wrong say something! My first time ordering from this new location was horrible. No greetings no good customer service . The Pizza looked like it was left over for three days. I ask to speak to the Mgr ask him would you eat this? I even ordered a second time to give this place the benefit of the doubt horrible again pizza looked old and taste horrible. Please, This place needs a whole new managing team someone professional, someone who cares , and knows how to treat paying customers.
