Ordered the pizza for dinner… arrives cold two hours later. Not only is it cold, but I ordered an XL pizza as there was a few of us and we only got a large. We had to order more food from somewhere else. We also ordered the cheese marinara dip that was maybe a fourth filled. Very disappointed. I called and finally got someone to answer the phone and they gave a full refund thankfully, but kept making excuses of “we don’t have a manager” or “he’s our only driver”. Did say things will get better next week tho. I don’t think I’d be back after this as it’s not the first nor second time of this.

Terrible location! I have had to drive up there to cancel a delivery order after waiting over an hour and a half and the tracker was still saying prepping order, called and put on hold for over 15 mins- they never answer the phone. Drive up to cancel it and it takes them 15 mins just to cancel my order because the one cook is talking on his cell phone in the back office. This has happened 3 different times now and I keep thinking it will get better but no, I will never order from this place again. Please STOP accepting orders if you cannot fulfill the orders in a timely manner. 0 stars.

Tried to order from the Dominos about a mile away from my house. Delivery guy ‘tried calling and texting’ to get my gate code, according to the manager, but never actually contacted me. Called and found out he went back to the store and I could only pick it up or cancel the order. I cancelled and placed another order and waited for it to come. Didn’t receive any updates and called and i guess the manager cancelled my order and started talking about how she wont send another driver and that this is a frequent problem with me and Im banned from deliveries but since shes a new manager shes ‘giving me a chance’ to be able to place a order another day and Im ‘kind’ve blowing it’. This problem has never happened to me before, and the manager was very rude over the phone.

Originally had a good experience with this location a few months back. I have no idea what has happened since then but it dragged this place down hard. Recently placed a phone order (apparently to a call center) for a single pizza. Over the phone they say my order will be ready in 10-15 min. No problem, that’s a reasonable amount of time. I get to the location to find one poor girl making pizzas, a bunch of drivers, and another girl just kind of wondering around the kitchen. Girl at the pizza bar says its just her making pizzas so my order is actually going to take about 45 min. I’m a bit miffed but I can understand its a busy night and she’s the only one making pizzas. However, I turn to the other girl who didn’t seem busy and asked her to confirm my order. I tell her my name 4 times and says she cant find the order. And then she just starts walking around, talking to the other employees. I just stand there for five minutes for further help without having anyone address my obvious issue. Eventually I just tell them to cancel my order if they ever find it and leave.

Terrible service. It takes over 90mins to get your order from 10mins away. Call to get an update and they lie, saying it automatically updates to say “delivered” when the driver gets into my neighborhood. Call back because the food is still not delivered another 15mins later, even though it still says it is, and they say “oops we forgot it at the store.” I rarely write reviews, but it’s worth letting people know that this Domino’s is not worth it. Wait over 90mins just to have to order something else.

Bad service. Ordered pizza waitin more than hours and hours just for pizza? And it cold??? And I even got a chicken pizza instead of buffalo sauce pizza but NO, I get cheese pizza that extremely cold. This service is terrible. Refunds and free delivery isn’t going to fix or solve anything , you guys need better delivery expriments and chefs. Worst service ever, this isn’t my first time this happened, this happened 8 times! Bad service!

As good as you can expect from a fast food Pizza place. Make sure you order ahead and take a buffer on busy days (such as last day of school and weekends) because their ovens cannot take huge loads that are common during these times.

I ordered for delivery. They called back 15 mins later to say they had no driver. I went to collect the two pizzas and a soda. I had to ask for the liter I paid for. I got to the car and checked the pizzas and a slice was missing. Went back in and the girl stated there was no slice missing. How many slices are on a medium pizza? She then states that I must have eaten 1. The manager then asks what I wanted her to do? I say…make another pizza. She does and it was raw. She places it back in and of course it is now burnt. I gave up. The kids ate the cold pizza. They almost ruined my grand daughters sleep over ate the Hyatt. It gets worse. They call to ask if I had the workers’ cell phone. Excuse me. They wondered if it was placed in the pizza box by mistake. Customer service = zero. They don’t deserve the 1 star.

Lost our order. Had to wait 40 minutes. Never got our name on their board. We went inside and were asked several times what the name on the order was. Finally they brought our pizza out from their pile of boxes. Bummers.

Terrible. Cancelled my order after 2hrs because they were too busy. Either cancel it right away or finish the job. Called them and they just gave an excuse, no apology and no date of refund. Don’t order here, much better pizza in the city with better customer service
