Ordered from the app. Got a message that it is being made. 10 min later another notification stating that the order had been cancelled and to call the store for details. 15 minutes on hold and then hung up. I called again figuring it is a Friday night…they must be busy. Same …hung up after 15 min on hold. So i drive over. The door is locked. Three people in there walk away to the back after seeing me at the door knocking. I step away to my car and see all three people back there. Looking elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst. Do not order from this Dominos. Not only was the order wrong, but when we tried to speak with the manager he wouldn’t even listen. You would have a better experience cooking ramen in a gas station microwave than ordering anything from this dumpster fire.

Don’t order from this location!!! I Ordered pin point delivery to a park so I can feed the kids before going home and getting them in bed. Delivery was estimated 35 minutes. After an hour, still no pizza and the tracker said it was still in quality check (over 20 minutes). I called to cancel because I couldn’t wait any longer, no one would answer for over 20 minutes. Had to call as if I was placing a new order for someone to finally answer to cancel. Kids dinner and bedtime was delayed over an hour due to this. Never again will I order from here.

Worst customer service ever! Unbelievable actually! Placed an order online for delivery 1 philly cheese steak pizza and 1 order bacon cheddar tots when the order arrives it is 1 pepperoni and black olive pizza and 1 philly cheese steak tots… whole order wrong called the location to tell them and the guy says that’s what you ordered so I explain I have an email sent to me of my order and he continues to say nope that’s what you ordered! At this point I asked to speak to a manager because clearly this is going nowhere that’s when he says he is the manager! So I ask for the district manager phone number and he tells me to google it! Are you kidding me right now?! If this is the customer service that this location condones it definitely makes sense they have a 3.2 out of 526 reviews and I’m sure some of those star’s accumulated are only because you must leave at least one star I would hate to see the rating if you could leave zero star’s buyer beware even if you have proof of your order still doesn’t mean they’ll make it right

Pizza was great, staff was super friendly. They can’t deliver very fast late at night due to no driver staffing. So I usually pick up. Foods spot on most of the times and the managers are super nice and apologetic when I pick up. Every other delivery place nearby has the same problem with drivers. If I had to guess people below ordered delivery late night. Everyone has lives though, even dominos delivery drivers. So I can’t complain.
