Usually you get great pizzas on time and in accordance with your order. Sometimes they can be overwhelmed due to the sheer number of orders that day. It’s a great place to get your thin crispy pizza if you enjoy the dominoes flavor.

Ownership is a joke at this location. They’ve only had one delivery driver on duty for months, which causes there to always be a 45-75 minute wait to get your pizza AFTER it’s already been cooked, resulting in the pizza looking and tasting like cardboard. Carry out is the only choice to have somewhat fresh pizza until ownership makes it a priority to hire more drivers.

This is a regular location for me so imma do 2. Whoever the owner is needs to get their act and their staff together. Young folks working there can’t seem to get a simple order right by taking the time to read. Didn’t deliver drink with the order and when were informed sent driver out, but gave the wrong drink. Went to the store myself found they had plenty of the drink I ordered in the fridge. Just not paying attention to their work. The annoyance is enough to not want to bother with this location again. Thats how important basic customer service actually is.

Delivery is terribly slow. Only 2 stars for that continued issue. They even ended up getting our last order split up between 2 delivery drivers. The way they route their deliveries we are usually the last on the list because we are 6.5 miles from the store versus the neighborhoods nearby within the 1 – 2 mile radius. This means it takes anywhere from 35 – 45 minutes to receive our order from the time it leaves the store. We’re 10 minutes away. It would be nice to be 1st for once so our order is really hot and fresh. We’ve been in the same place as loyal customers for at least 10 years ordering 1 – 2 times a month. It has only got worse, not better. Our recent order at the time I’m doing this review sat in prep for 45 minutes. It’s now been 30 minutes that my order has sat in “quality check” status. By the time we get our pizzas, they will be lukewarm at best, that is if they actually leave the store in the next 5 minutes, which I doubt. I don’t know if they are under staffed or what, but almost 2 hours (by the time it arrives) for a basic pizza order of 3 medium pizzas, a salad and a cookie brownie is way too long. I didn’t order a huge bulk order. In future, I’ll either order from another store same distance and pickup next time, or since I’m having to drive that far already, get Papa John’s another 1/2 mile away. I’m just done with being last on the list and maximum wait time. We didn’t even get a coupon or discount as an apology for the split order issue last time. At least a few years ago they sent us a 50% off one pizza apology coupon if our order took over an hour. No longer the case. Bad management- most likely. – Update, ended up driving and picking up the order when I was told they still had 6 orders ahead of mine for delivery after and hour and a half with no update. The guy even told me to order carry out next time if I want it faster, to keep that in mind. Rude. This store just lost my business for good.

First they took my order for delivery and then canceled it saying they are short staffed. Then I placed a pick up curbside order and got there, checked in and waited but no one showed up! When I go inside they lie to me that it was a instore pickup when I clearly had the car side/curb side pick up! So frustrating!

Excellent meal. The pizza was a little less than previous pizzas from this store. The wings were excellent. The garlic, twisty bread was perfection–no snack-packaged, pretzel-thin garlic bow-ties in this order at all!–only perfect, large, delicious, soft-chewy garlic bread. Dee-lish!

I don’t like writing negative reviews but 3 strikes and you’re out. I went into this Dominos location at 10:20 and tried to order 2 pizzas and they told me they were just closing up. They advertise their Friday closing time as 1am. On 2 previous occasions (within the last couple months) I ran into the same issue – i.e. walked in well before their posted closing time, tried to order and was told they were closing up. I assume this is a franchise owned location so maybe the owner will see negative reviews and try to get the employees to start following posted hours.

This place terrible! Tonight was absolutely the worst ordering experience to date. Waited an hour after ordering on the app and my food hadn’t even been prepared. Called the local store and was told it would be 2 more hours (3 total), so I canceled the order. This is at least the third time in a row that the same location has failed on delivering in a reasonable time. The person who answered the phone tonight said they only had 1 delivery driver and didn’t seem to think that was a big deal. This is on a rainy Saturday night! I’m sure the owner of this location would like to know how bad of an experience his employees are providing and how badly understaffed they are. I won’t be ordering from here again. Absolutely ridiculous!
