This is by far the worst Dominos of all time. I’m calling corporate come Monday and complaining about this because it’s the third time that they have charge me for pizza and then it was said it was delivered and it never ever showed up. You spend 17 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone at the store and then they just say don’t worry the app is not working. It’s on its way and then hang up and your pizza still never shows up. Do not order from this Domino’s.

After someone answers the phone I tell him that the website says it cannot communicate with the store and I would like to place an order. I was told that I needed to use the website to place an order. Had to repeat myself and say it again. Was told for the second time that I needed to use the website because he was the only person working and he didn’t have time to take my order. Good to know that employees don’t need to the the basic part of their job to keep a job. Guess you can do what you want when you are the only one showing up.

Avoid at all costs especially for delivery. Consistently takes multiple hours to receive pizza (despite what their tracker shows) and unable to cancel order. With the amount of negative reviews, it’s amazing they’re still in business.

I’ve been coming to this dominos for years and the low rate does not reflect the QUALITY of the food or the QUALITY of the staff. It is excellent. I believe the rate comes from having a short staff. Which can cause many, many issues and leave customers unsatisfied. It’s a problem that I’m sure they are aware about and they are trying their best.

Like everyone else, this place is horrible. When is corporate going to get another franchise owner to take this place over. They cancel orders like it’s a good thing. When you call the store, no answer or they hang up on you. I’d rather bake a Totinos pizza at home than order from this store.

I would give 0 stars but that’s not an option. Called to order pizza but the automated system said it couldn’t complete my order and put me through to the local restaurant. I was told by an incredibly rude person that he couldn’t take my order and then hung up on me! This is our second horrible experience with them-never ordering again!

The representative who took my order was working it in the back. He was really busting it out. First glance all looks great. Fork what we can see from the front all in the back looks ok. Nothing seems off. Not many people working. The one person who was working his tail off and took my order and another person. That person must had been on break. This person was sitting outside the establishment smoking a cigarette. Yes, you could smell it and you could smell it as you walk down to the Japanese restaurant. Not sure if this person washed their hands once they came back in either. Once they went to the back there was not much I could see. No gloves when preparing the food. However, the gentleman preparing food seems to wash his hands often. Of course no dining tables but there are two chairs and a little edge table. Also a bench for those waiting.
