Ordered a spinach & feta and someone else must have gotten my order in a mix up. Called and asked for a credit for the pizza rather than wait for another as I ordered 2 and 1 was right. Instead, they wanted a picture of the wrong pizza? I guess folks are hustling Domino’s out of pizza’s so they require evidence. I mean they already have my info as a loyalty customer. Understood they are probably busy and I thought I was helping them out by asking for the credit. This does not lend to the customer experience. Here you go folks….. no thin crust, spinach or feta here….

I’ve had pizza from here a couple times. I always ordered In store though. I’m giving this 3 stars only because I tried to order over the phone for the first time yesterday and it was an automated voice. Like a robot thing. It wouldn’t get my order right. I tried to speak to a representative but it wouldn’t let me. I ended up giving up and ordering somewhere else. The pizza is good but the robot, not so much.

We recently just had a death in the family, and because of this no one has been motivated enough to cook food. We decided to order some pizza, and told them to write a joke on the box for us to help cheer us up! Not only did they give us one, but two! We needed a laugh, and the food was great and hot too. I would highly recommend the Lake Wylie Domino’s. My wife and I made a mistake and did not pick up our carrie out order, but we called the next day and even though it was our mistake, they made us new pizza.

The 2nd time I’m trying to order online. Website shows an error. I called the store, they put me on hold in forever. Never seen such a problem elsewhere. Usually Dominos are doing a great job.

During this time of not always getting the greatest of service and food, I feel that it’s important to speak up when having an experience that leaves you glad you ordered out! The pizzas we got were EXACTLY as ordered, and the sweet girl who made and then delivered them to my car restored my faith in believing that employees can truly care about the customer, as well as being a great representative of the company they work for! Although I cannot speak for other locations, our Lake Wylie, SC, Domino’s is fantastic!
