Amazing! Thank you so much. The pizza was the best I have ever order from Domino’s Pizza. The delivery driver, Andre was very polite and kind! He was on time and call when he arrived, as I mentioned I would come down from my apartment. The food was fresh and hot. It was delicious. I kept seeing the commercial for Dominos Pizza all weekend long, so it was really that it was satisfying and met expectations. Shout out to Carl and Andre!

Soggy wings, soggy pizza and brown lettuce. A trifecta failure. At least it took a long time to be delivered. When I called I was told I could not speak to the manager.

Called in for a large delivery order- told the girl on the phone the address first thing. Spent 10 minutes trying to get her to take the order correctly and answer simple questions. She took the payment and delivery instructions. She then called me back 5 minutes later saying that the address is outside of their delivery area (by less than 100 yards). That would have been nice to know before I have to deal with a refund and wasting more of my time. Get some decent help.

Placed an order more than 1 hr ago. The status was showing as in “prep”. So we called up to find out what’s the wait. They said it will take another “40” mins! So we asked can you guarantee that? They said no. We said cancel it. They said YES! And.. wait for it.. They said – “Thank God!”
Junk Mail
We have had better pizza from a frozen food section. Pizza was raw and had a dusting of pizza sauce. If you don”t pay for extra sauce, which is normal sauce elsewhere, Dominos punishes you by serving dry pizza. Soon they will be charging extra for the box.

Placed an order at 6:55pm and the tracker immediately showed that my order was being prepared. Now 52 minutes later my wife called asking how much longer for our order and was told another 2 hours. We ended up cancelling our order as we can’t that much longer to feed our kids.

Ordering with Carl is AWESOME!!! He is always so sweet and on point! Drivers are always on time and very professional! As far as the answering service that answers the calls it sucks please just send us to the store to order our food with the sweet people you hired for us to call!!!
