We ordered delivery and received the bacon ranch tater tots burned and too hard to eat. We called and spoke with Joseph, the manager. He was beyond rude and extremely insulting. We decided to go to the restaurant to return the unacceptable product and request a refund. His response was deplorable. He used racial slurs and told us he refuse to give a refund. We decided to just leave the burned tater tots without the refund. We attempted to contact the owner several times and left messages. We have not received a return call. We will not give this company our business again.

I ordered from here today. I walked in to pick up my pizza and a guy was patting out pizza dough watching racing on his phone. He stopped touching the dough started messing with his phone then went right back to touching the dough. Absolutely disgusting. I will never order food from this location again. I’m sure DHEC would love this.

Special Delivery
Our Delivery Driver left 2 dog biscuits with our order. How sweet is that. I called the store to be sure he got our thank you but no one answered. That was the most thoughtful thing. Zack, if you see this, that made us smile so big. Thank you.

I’ve ordered online from the Hudson Rd location three times over the last month. Twice I got home and had a different pizza than what I ordered. Either they don’t know what they’re doing or they don’t care. Either way I am done. I gave you the benefit of the doubt. Never again.

So the pizza was basically a soup made of cheese. Sounds delicious but that’s not what you expect in a pizza. The guy sectioned it wrong and didn’t cook it enough so it was a little raw on some places. It also tasted bad.

For some reason the garlic knots are just not good! They have been quite weird lately. We ear here like 1-2 times a week for my son. It is his absolute favorite place to eat!!! But the knots seem under cooked flat and taste different. Please check into this and fix the problem. I wish I had a pic for reference. Pizza is almost always perfect and can’t complain!

I have low standards for fast food delivery – it just needs to be hot and correct. And for about 3 orders in a row, they haven’t been either of those things. I understand that this location is probably struggling with maintaining drivers/staff for deliveries and sympathize with that, but I waited 1 hour and 25 minutes for my “free” pizza (because the previous order was also late) and then the order was incorrect. I called up to try and catch the driver in my neighborhood but 20 minutes later, here I am. So this is going to be the last time I try with this location.

I ordered 90 worth of food for delivery and I never got it talked to the supervisor on shift that night he said he brought it back to the store an was coming back to bring it STILL NEVER GOT MY FOOD CALLED THE STORE BACK THEY WAS CLOSED…. so waited till the next day they open an talked the general manager OMG the most rude person ever didn’t refund me didn’t even try didn’t care an then he hung up on me I still want my money back this is crazy I will NEVER IDER FROM THEM AGAIN !!!!!

I’m out of town staying at an hotel. Ordered from this store. Bought sauces for my pizza. I only eat pizza with sauces. They deliver it, and leave it down stairs and was not able to check order. No sauces that paid for , 3 for exact. Called store and report this. I paid for items. Said will send driver back with them. 1 hr 1/2 the boy shows up after pizza is cold with 2 sauces. Still not correct. On top of that, the garlic bites where bad. Big clumps, I have never seen this. Ordered 32 pieces, no where near what I ordered. Very bad Domino’s.

every single time i order from this location the food takes over an hour to be delivered and i live less than 5 minutes away from the store, and to top it all the pizza is always so messed up it’s super thin and runny and falls apart. i don’t know who runs this store but they need to hire someone else to do it.
