Ordered regular jalapeno and pineapple. Pretty skimpy on the Jalapenos. Less than half the pizza even had them on it. Won’t be back.

Pizza showed up raw. Tried to heat it on a pan but toppings slid off the dough. Baked anyway into I guess a pizza casserole? Honestly tasted amazing that way. Other pizza had no liner and put in the fridge, had to chip the wet box off with a butter knife after it bled onto the shelf. Feel like I put more time and effort into my mistake then the people who made the food. Honestly. Don’t.

Ordered pizza from here Saturday night at around 7:15 PM. Pizza was out of the oven at 7:35 PM. I had not received it by 8:45 PM so I called the store and was told it would leave soon. I mentioned that it had been sitting there for over an hour and the store manager said it was under a heat lamp and would be fine and there was nothing he could do about it. It finally arrived at 9:10 PM barely warm and dry, which I could have told you was going to be the case but the manager was so sure. I asked for a refund and have not heard back. Terrible service from a store that has been good in the past.

Ordered a pizza and a drink from here. Called about where it was and the first employee seemed clueless and like she or he didn’t care. Asked to speak to the manager and Scott answered the phone. Told him what was going on and how his employees were rude, clueless and seemed to not care. Scott proceeded to tell me next time I order he will make sure my pizza takes longer to get delivered. The delivery drive finally came and threw the pizza at me and and dropped my drink on the ground right in front of me then walked off. I don’t know what this store owner is thinking when hiring employees like this and putting people like Scott in charge but there needs to be a change. I will most definitely take my business to a store that cares about their employees and values customer service.

Back on super bowl Sunday I had placed a order that I never got but 2 other houses did get my order. I was told I had a credit in the amount of the order that all I had to do was call and talk to a person. I just did and was told there was no credit under my phone number. So I was lied to. I did get at least my refund. I no longer us a credit card. And if I do order for my husband we only pay cash. Because the pizza makes it to my house.

Bad drivers. They want use gps, so they drive around, and they cant find you. Pizza was not hot. I ask for the tip to be refunded. They said no. Ethan was no help. I have to wait till thursday to talk with Maddison.

Ordered online and picked up my order. Got home and one of the pizzas was wrong. Tried to call to let them know and was disconnected 3 times. Seemed like the calls were outsourced, as had a hard time understanding anyone. Everytime they said they would connect me to the manager I was disconnected . Felt like it could have been intentional. Very disappointing.
