I placed my order online and it charged me twice but the store in greenwood sc on 72 by-pass said to me they never got my order. So I placed my order again for the third time and paid again all for the manager to ring my order wrong and had an bad attitude. The cook the elderly guy was real pleasant to me. He assisted me in canceling my order and my money refunded to my card. The manager needs to be reevaluated because his customer service horrible. He couldn’t tell me how to cancel my own line order so I wouldn’t be charged twice before I ordered again on the phone with him told him delivery and he rung my order to be picked-up. I’ll never order again from this domino’s.

I decided to give them another chance after I placed a delivery a few weeks ago, and immediately got a call after saying I would have to come pick my order up because they didn’t have any delivery drivers, I canceled my order. This time I placed a pick up for ONE SMALL pizza, I came in and waited for 25 minutes in store after being told “it was in the oven”.. I watched customer’s come in and get mad because they too have been waiting forever for their food.. there were 4 workers in the building and only 2 were working, while one walked around on his phone talking to someone on speaker not even acknowledging the customer’s that hadn’t been helped yet. I waited almost an hour for one small pizza, and then decided I wanted my money back! I got a refund and so did the women that came in after me saying she had been waiting over an hour.. it is absolutely ridiculous! I will never recommend this place to anyone, really don’t know why they are still in business..

Worst customer service experience and had to wait 45 minutes at least after we had drove in to pick up the one small pizza we ordered over the phone. Some rude lazy guy with dreads half pulled up and half let down without a hair net on was casually walking around the store on his cell phone with the call on speaker being loud and obnoxious while a line of customers who had not even been greeted stood in confusion because the only other workers were either on the phone or making food for over 15 minutes this went on. Whoever the guy wad should not have a job in food service if he is going to conduct himself like a lazy hoodlum and also treat customers like they don’t exist and the store like his own personal hang out. Disgusted. Will never return. And will tell everyone I know to stay far away.

Ordered last night and an hour and 15 mins later our food arrived. I hoped that it was at least hot but it wasn’t it had been sitting in the warmer. My wife called they decided to give her a free medium pizza. I won’t be back to use it.

We were in Greenwood for a softball tournament and ordered delivery from this Domino’s. At first, they were going to charge me $55.67 for 2 medium pizzas and 3 garden salads. Once I questioned her about the total, she changed the total to $37.85. The salads was brown and we couldn’t eat it! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

I used to really like domino’s but the last several orders I have had all were cold, missing items, & very late. Today my order was cold AND late. When I have to pay a 5.99 delivery fee I feel like I should at least get warm food.

My order was over 30 minutes late. I called the store and waited for 16 minutes on the phone. When I finally got them on the phone, they stated one of their drivers blew a tire. That does not explain why they couldn’t answer the phone. I asked for a refund

Little short black girl got an attitude with me. I ordered stuffed cheesy bread, 2 sauces, and soda. She charged me for a 3rd sauce. 1 sauce is supposed to come WITH the cheesy bread. I only wanted TWO sauces. AND, I asked for my receipt for my order. She only gave me the receipt for the extra sauce she charged me for, not for my actual order. I don’t appreciate being charged for something I DID NOT ASK FOR (3rd sauce) and then get an attitude. Just cuz she is BLACK don’t mean she is privileged!!!!!!! I WONT BE COMING HERE AGAIN!
