Ordered a pizza for delivery and it showed being prepared for an hour and a half. Called twice and was said it was on the way. Finally after calling the third time and insisting on talking to a manager he said he just took the store over and was trying to fix. He offered me a $20 credit on my order and after waiting 2 hours I finally received my pizza. I called tonight, 2 weeks later to order another pizza and surprise, they don’t show any credit. Guess we are done ordering dominos!!

Got some promo emails from dominoes a few weeks ago and used it for some discounted pizza. Have had issues with them on probably 70% of orders for the last 3 weeks. Orders arrive extremely late or not at all, often times get marked as completed on the app long before the delivery ever arrives.

It took 3 hours for Dominos to deliver my pizza! I ordered pizza through the Dominos app at 5:55 pm and the tracker said my order was complete at 7:50 pm but the pizza had not yet arrived. So I called the store to figure out the issue and they said the driver was still waiting for it to come out of the oven. They said the app was glitching when it said my order had already arrived (personally I think they prematurely marked the order complete to avoid bad metrics). It still took another HOUR for the pizza to arrive, it was a sloppy mess and barely even warm! They should at least offer a discount or something in these situations.

They NEVER answer the phone. And take FOREVER. I understand that they may short staffed, but it shouldn’t take over an hour and a half to put one large pizza and some wings and pasta in the oven. Not to mention I live less than mile away from this domino’s. Did I mention Felicia the manager NEVER answers the phone. So whatever issue your having. You’re on your own, unless you waste gas driving to the place yourself….

Tried to trust that dominos wouldn’t let me down again. I clearly asked for lite sauce and this was so heavy I could barely eat the crust. I took the toppings off because it was way too much sauce.Disgusting I’ll never order from here again.

my order was showing on their tracker as out for delivery, after almost 40 minutes on constant push backs on delivery time out of nowhere they cancel my order with no explanation. the site says call the store for info, but no one answers at the store. First time ordering from Domino’s in years, and now I remember why i quit ordering from them. Will Never make that mistake again!!

This Dominos is a SCAM! Ordered 2 pizzas last night at 11pm, they charged my card & marked it as compete and it’s been 14 hours and still haven’t received our pizza! They hang up when you call the store it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone! Judging by the hundred other bad reviews DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
