While I’m not one to complain because I have worked in the restaurant industry for several years and know how it can be. However, we ordered delivery while on vacation and ordered several items including a pizza. The pizza was extremely doughy to the point it was inedible. After calling and speaking with manager he pretty much accused me of lying “there’s no way a pizza left here doughy”. Terrible customer service. Delivery driver was kind and quick. Other food items were good. Do not recommend this location. (Pictures do not do justice of how doughy)

Very disappointed. Ordered 3 medium 2 toppings pizza (hand tossed) and a baked chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Pizzas were very thin with almost no cheese and overloaded with sauce towards the outer crust. The sandwich had very little ranch dressing on it and was dry.

Very good hot and fresh … the prices are amazing especially if you have a big family like me I’m able to get five pizzas for under $40. You cannot get that anywhere else. so it may not be that New York style. We all love that you can fold, but it saves you money in your wallet.

Ordered online from this store. This is how my pizza looked when we got home with it. It was burnt black on the edges and several places in the middle and it was cold. We live around 5 minutes away it should not have been cold. Was very disappointed with this purchase.

Ordered a pizza from here earlier today. Once we got it it didn’t have pizza sauce on it and taste like they used garlic in its place. They were supposed to bring us another one at 4 when the delivery guy came in. After waiting 5 hours we called back and they told us we waited to long after telling us they would be here at 4 and not showing up. Then they finally called back and told us they would bring us another one. Again we told them a cheese pizza and got one with everything on it and they told us we ordered it. I guess just like I ordered the one earlier without pizza sauce with crust made of garlic. Sat here all day waiting. Whole day gone. Do not recommend unless u want to have the same experience. Still no cheese pizza like we ordered. Ridiculous

We always order here and do the curbside delivery. The last 2 visits they cancel the 2 minute guarantee after the pizzas are ready. Then I don’t get credit for ordering on my app. Guess I might have to start ordering somewhere else.

Rude staff went in asked for the 10.99 5 topping pizza and he didn’t want to take my order and told me to go outside in the 90 degree weather to make the order online when the restaurant was completely empty talking about capacity when no one was there at all
