I ordered online tonight on my way home from town. Went to store and patiently waited outside in my truck u til the tracker said my pizza was ready before heading inside. Once inside Olivia asked my name and looked my my pies, she said it wasn’t ready and to give them 20 min.

After having horrible pizza from Domino’s in North Myrtle Beach we decided to try Little River Domino’s. The pizza was the best I’ve had in a long time. Cooked to perfection with tasty spices. This is the only place I’ll go.

Same issue with most people here I order for a pizza at 7:40pm and it’s now going on 10pm and we still yet haven’t received the order . Then we been calling non stop no one pick up the phone .like you’re in the building it’s not that hard to pick up the phone been calling for 2 hours straight . Then wanna call and say they don’t deliver and they been trying get the other store to deliver to us but if that was the case you should have let us known that you were doing that too keep us updated. OWNERSHIP – take note of your reviews!! You are clearly mismanaging this store and not taking care of your employees. You need to pay more or offer incentives for hiring that make people want to work! Your staff is overwhelmed entirely. It’s a shame!! I’m surprised the only two (one answering all calls and cooking and one delivery driver) workers you had tonight didn’t walk out.

Same issue as others, placed our order at 6:55, its now 9:10 and we still have yet to receive our order. Tried to call to get an update, placing an order # directs you to a call center, and then transferred to local store, we ended up waiting on hold for over an hour before my partner’s phone died. Then…. and ONLY then did the online tracker finally update from the first step of reviewing order to preparing order….2 HOURS LATER! Simply frustrated.

godawful experience, don’t order from here. took them an hour and a half to deliver our pizza, they forgot our tots completely, and the delivery guy just set our pizza on the porch and didn’t knock or anything, and we didn’t even choose contactless delivery, so who knows how long our pizza sat outside. the pizza was cold. called the store and the lady on the line was extremely rude to us and basically told us if we didn’t want to come in to get the missing part of our order there was nothing they could do. don’t waste your time.

I ordered two pizzas 3 hours ago still haven’t received it as I’m writing this now. I ordered at 6:30 it is now 9:30, I go to the store to try and figure out what’s going on as I couldn’t reach anyone on the phone they were very rude other than a man named Kurtis he helped as best he could. The app said “delivery completed” but they said in the store that means it just went out, how come it took you 2 hours to make the pizza then? No one should ever have to experience the lack of customer service and the treatment that I experienced, I have never been so disgusted in my life! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS

This is a horrible place I put my order in at 7:45 pm didn’t get our pizza tell 9:55pm and pizza wasn’t made right at all and everything cold as hell. And tried calling when it was 60 minutes when it said 40 to 50 minutes. I waiting 65 minutes on phone no answer then delivery guy came. And he said their is nothing we can do. I said I tried to call and no answer.

Waste of money. Cold soggy wings with sauce squirted on top. Waste of money and time. It use to be decent not great but decent. Now utterly disgusting. I work 5 mins down the road. Got a text saying it was otw. 10 minutes later got a text saying they were pulling up. Food arrived 30 minutes after. I understand places get busy and I don’t mind waiting for an order but when it shows up and looks like someone just threw some wings in a box and squirted some sauce on them. You guys got to get something worked out or I don’t see this store staying open too much longer.

Food was hot and tasted good, only concern is the tracker didn’t update and I sat on hold for 22 minutes trying to get an update during that time I got a text delivery was approaching. From time of order to delivery 1 hour 14 minutes. The food was good.
