Really terrible pizza. My crust was undercooked, toppings thrown haphazardly on the pizza and way too much sauce ;literally pizza drowning in sauce. The person that waited on me was miserable and listen I get it , we all have bad days and I’m sympathetic to whatever that individual was dealing with but please walk away and don’t just take it out on my food. Second time this has happened, just keep driving a few more minutes down the road to Kings Pizza in Dillon or Latta. So not worth ordering here.

I ordered my food at 9:36pm and was told that there was a bit of delay and I should receive my food in about 45 mins. I was okay with that! 10:30 came and I realized they never asked for my room number, so I called them back and gave it to them and also ask for an ETA. George stated “it’s coming out the oven now and should be to you in 15 mins!” 11:00 comes and I check online to see what time the store closes. They close at 11:00. I give them another 15 mins and I call the store again at 11:15. The driver, Jerry/Gary (one or the other) answers and I proceed to ask him about my order. He rudely says to me “we are closed, you will get a refund and hangs up the phone on me” I jump in my vehicle and go to the store and Jerry/Gary (one or the other) tells me I can wait 30 mins till the manager gets there and he can’t help me. While waiting, the front desk of my hotel calls me to say my pizza is there at 11:50!! I received my pizza nice and ice cold!!! Long story short, I went to bed hungry!!

Ordered pizza online to be delivered to hotel. Got a phone call after placing it and was told they had no delivery drivers. This was at 7:00pm!! Picked up the pizza and brought back a cold pizza. Very disappointed

Had grand sons to pick up pizza after church. Tick number 53 we’d night 7:50. Price $46.13. When he got home with pizza we set down to eat opened box to a wrong pizza. Ticket was correct but what was in the box was a pizza with everything on it. The cheezy tots looked to be a 1/2 an order compared to last order. Dried out and old. All we could eat was the cheezy bread. Called manager or so called manager told him what the problem and you could tell from the start. Didn’t care. Might as well could have been a recording. He said I could bring it back and he would remake. We live in Fairmont. Told him supper was already ruined and just won’t my money back. All he kept saying in Noth authorized to give a refund I can remake it. I ask for some one higher up and he said that would be the district manager and didn’t know when he would be back in. What a joke. Learned my lesson with this store for sure.

Text message said it was otw at 6:08. At 6:58 I attempted to call and find out where my pizza was since the tracking said “Completed”. No answer. So I drove up there in FIVE minutes. By the time I got there my husband called and said it was at my house. One hour after scheduled delivery, and gas money later, I finally have my pizza. Tracking isn’t accurate. And took forever. But pizza was good at least. Not sure worth the annoyance though.

The worst dominos location! Our order got delivered an hour and half after receiving a text that it’s on the way. It finally got delivered but we had missing items, I called them and this guy answered and ask for the address and hung up the phone! Rude workers. This management should be ashamed hiring rude workers. These workers don’t wanna work and don’t wanna be bothered so why hire them! Hire better worker!
