Ordered a simple 2 topping hand tosses pizza for pickup. Get there and received a cold burnt thin crust. Missing one topping. And they won’t do anything because I didn’t realize until I got home. I saved up and this was supposed to be my anniversary dinner. Thank you Dominos for ruining it.

I ordered a pizza Thursday night 7/28 and it never arrived. When it was out for delivery the app showed the driver a block or two away just sitting there for about 20 minutes before the app showed it was delivered. I immediately called the store but never did get an answer. I sent corporate a message explaining the situation and the next day the franchise owner sent me an email. She didn’t offer a refund, only offered 1 medium 2 topping pizzas which still doesn’t add up to what I originally ordered. I was Finally able to get someone on the phone the next morning. That lady said the manager would call me in about an hour to get card info so she could refund my money. It’s currently Sunday morning and I still have yet to hear from anyone. I’m not as upset about the money as I am about thinking the driver probably ate my pizza and lied about making the delivery. It would appear they have no plan to return my money so I’ve disputed it with PayPal.

This place robs you. Called for a pizza order to be delivered and on the app I watched the progress. Said it was delivered but I never received food. Called and said it was being delivered. Then I called an hour later and they hung up on me. They billed my credit card for the pizza and a large tip. Will be filing charges for misdemeanor theft. Do not order from here.

Ridiculous! Tried to order online using a coupon that the store sent online. Couldn’t get it to work, so I called the store. Waited on hold for over 20 minutes. The guy finally picked up and was a total jerk. Basically refused to help because “That’s an online issue, and I’m in the store.” Total waste of time. I can see why this store consistently gets awful reviews. Customer service is atrocious!

Ordered pizza at 4:56 pm for delivery. By 8:00 pm still no pizza so my daughter goes to Domino’s to pick it up & when she gets there they told her it wasn’t ready. It don’t take 3 hours to fix 2 pizza’s, bread bites & wings. We ended up eat from Burger King instead & it only took a few minutes to get our food.
