So, I came to this location on pamplico hwy and received the WORST service I have ever received! I ordered online and as I walked in to wait for my food, my daughter stepped up to watch the workers make the pizza! She was SO excited!! Anywho I didn’t get his name but it’s the tall heavy set american male that was making the pizzas. He looked at my daughter watching him and rolled his eyes. ROLLED HIS EYES at a little girl. I was behind my daughter so I saw it with my own eyes. My daughter innocently was complimenting his work. He then SLAMMED the blue bins that the dough is in so loud everyone in the store jumped. He was physically showing how upset he was. Now I’m not saying it was targeted at my daughter, he could have been mad prior. But either way acting that way is unnecessary and unacceptable. Customer service is big to me and all of my friends. Doesn’t matter how much we like a place we will NOT go to a place that has employees that behave this way. He then asks one of the employees WHATS HER ORDER??! with an attitude. He then yells from across the store “what’s your name!?” I said my name and he bagn looking for my order obviously to get me out the store. I order from here very often, and sadly this will be my last time. I pray for him I truly do.

I love the customer service that Brad presents at his restaurant on Pamplico Highway with his employees, he even gave my daughter a little piece of dough because she was so infatuated with watching them make the pizza one time; but I also saw him on 5-26-23. And my pizza was made wrong… it was something very simple with sauce and he corrected it and his employee’s and they were very nice about It… even gave me the mess up and apologized personally; you don’t see that everywhere so I definitely give kudos to this establishment and with Brad especially!!!! Thank you for your kindness, and making my daughter feel special, being able to watch the counter, where the pizzas are made.

The staff was soo amazing!!! I was having trouble communicating how I wanted my order… as it was kind of complicated. I thought perhaps I wouldn’t be able to enjoy take out on my Saturday night with my family and our special diet…. GUESS WHAT…. WE DID!!! They got it right ✅ and was able to assist me in making the best decision. I couldn’t believe it. Thank You sooo very much! The staff names were Megan, Chris, and John. This was by far the best customer service I have encountered in a very long time! We need more like you… very professional Happy customer here; may you all be blessed with raises and may you all train others in what customer service is!

So Im new in town and I ordered a pizza with Fetta cheese and REGULAR MOZZARELLA CHEESE with mushrooms Ive ordered this pizza several times and ive always had both cheese. After calling to complain they thought they had me on hold and some lady was screaming in the background about how I lied here’s pictures to proves theres no mozzarella cheese on my pizza I never write reviews but I wont tolerate disrespect when I didnt do anything wrong. I waited an hour and twenty minutes for this pizza, you think they could have done better than this. This is supposed to be a Deluxe pizza, but it’s far from it. There’s hardly any toppings on it! I asked for it to be ‘well done’, and it was limp and soggy. I watched the tracker, and it showed the pizza as being already delivered, I waited about 15 minutes (past an hour). I called and talked to the manager, he took the delivery charge off the total…Gee thanks dude.

So I’ve been going to this Domino’s fair frequently for awhile now after never having Domino’s before (that I can recall at least), and I’ve really enjoyed their pizza. Domino’s hit’s that good middle ground between quality like Marcos and affordability like Lil’ Caesars. The staff has been nice and understanding as well, which has made it easy for someone with social anxiety, like me, to voice my complaints.

Don’t get me wrong I love Dominos but this location for some reason is no good. Ordered my usual pasta bowl and that was no success they gave me hardly anything sent for a replacement and they forgot the Alfredo sauce. I’m just done with this location never again
