Do not order delivery from this location. You will regret it even if you only live a few minutes away. Had friends over thought pizza would be easy with a 30 min est delivery time. Food was prepared and quality checked fairly quickly but sat for a hour before being marked out for delivery and then less than 2 minutes later marked complete. Called the store and was on hold 15 minutes trying to see if it was still on the way. Delivery driver pulled in so I hung up. Food was all cold all the way through. Waste of time and money. If you want domino’s maybe pick up would be better.

Ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas and 1 cheesy bread. Order was marked as complete in the tracker after ~25 min. I waited another 10 min before trying to call the store in case the delivery driver was just running a little behind. I then sat on hold for 30 minutes before someone picked up the phone. When they finally did they said the driver had just left the store with our food and would “be there soon” and assured me they would call the driver to make sure they got our food to us quickly amd would call me back with an ETA. The store is 10 minutes from my home and as I type this we are still waiting for our food and it’s been over 20 minutes and the food has not been delivered and I have not received a call back. I will definitely be ordering pizza from literally anywhere else before coming back to this Domino’s

Ordered a big order at 5:15pm. Driver got here about 6pm but left out some stuff in my order. Called at 6:04pm and was told the driver was on the way back with the rest of my order. Called 4 times and finally at 8:30 git the manager who refunded our order and apologized saying he couldn’t get in touch with the driver. She lost her tip tonight! Won’t be calling this location again because I do not want that horrible girl coming to my house. The manager was very respectful.

They didn’t bother to cut the pizza or bread sticks.. They had to discuss who was going to come to the window to assist.. there were four of them, and no one wanted to go to the window. They waited till the person putting pizza toppings on was finished and let her help.. the other four continued to do nothing.. pretty lame service for a new business. Maybe they’ll get some folks who want to work, instead of getting paid to show up and play around. Sad.

very much appreciate the chef for making very good pizza. But the management is not good. On Friday 10th Feb night 10.20pm. My order shows ready on “store status display” and my order is right there on shelve. 5 Customers who ordered after me are picking up their orders all i am watching on status display. After 2 employees failed to find my order and not giving right answer to me, the 3rd employee came and found my order by just reading my receipt sticked on pizza box and Even they didn’t said sorry until I said them I am not happy. Domino’s have very good automated systems to make work simple easy. But sitll management didn’t trained their employees for simple task to search the order on shelve and how to say just sorry for their mistakes.

This location has really gone downhill. I’ve been a costumer here for 3-4 years but I won’t be returning after my last experience there today. First of all they won’t honor a coupon from a school fundraiser coupon book that has this location listed as one of the participating locations. I’ve already used the three other coupons from the same book at this same location but today I was told they it’s not in their computer so they don’t accept it. Then I was given the wrong order and had to turn around and go back to the store to get my correct order and they didn’t even apologize for that just handed me my order and said here you go. I get my correct order and it’s burnt and ice cold.

I placed a order online on 1/22/23 a young man called me to inform that it would be 1 1/2 before I would receive my order I told him I understood and still wanted my order it’s been 3.5 hours now since I placed the order and I have called twice 1st on hold for 30 minutes the 2nd time I’ve been on hold for 23 minutes and currently still waiting seems to me this location is quick to say your order will be late but when you call in during operating hours they don’t know how to pick up the phone I believe they call cause they don’t want to take care of you.
