Absolutely disgusted with them I ordered pizza for my children waited and they took my card info but never delivered pizza went there and they were closed ! At this point because we were waiting on the pizza nothing is open continuously put on hold for a supervisor and no one picks up. Had to use a different phone just to get through ! They are not open until 12am they were closed at 11pm drove there after waiting an hour and a half and leaving a 10$ for our driver ! Card charged no food becareful !

One of the quickest ways to grab a pizza and dinner on the island. Love their order tracker and app which makes it easy to find promotions and deals. The pizzas a great value and taste great. The staff are friendly and the turnaround for pies is as quick as they come. They also have ♿ handicap accessible parking and entrances.

On Saturday night,, our order arrived over 2 hours late, was lukewarm at best, and no one from Domino’s called us to at least let us know it would be late. Better customer service is needed. Should have at least called to apologize and offer something for free. However, since we’re here on vacation with our teenagers and no one else would deliver to our location, we decided to try them one more time. This time, everything was hot and was delivered in about 30 minutes. Much better experience for sure! So maybe they just need to hire more help on weekends or something.

Orderd pizza for kids and friend’s. Lady delivered the pizza and forgot the salads. The lady said she would be right back but never showed back up. An hour and a half later I called and the phone was laid on the counter where you could here the employees talking to each other for over 15 mins. Called from another phone twice and a woman picked up and apologized because they were busy. Not our problem. You forgot to bring the whole order and never came back. Of course blame the virus for lousy customer service. Guess Corona told you to forget half the order and to tell us you will be right back with it and never show up. On the third attempt they apologized and said they would bring the rest of the order. Sorry to inconvenience you to deliver what we paid for. Hope Corona doesn’t jump out of the bushes and stop you again from delivering to other people tonight.

Even after preordering the pizza arrived 45 minutes late and was cold. It also seemed like they were carelessly made as my pizza had an area missing toppings while my partners was mangled. This is the second time we’ve had issues with ordering from here. Always takes way longer than normal and the pizza is either missing something or lacking. I don’t expect much from a fast food pizza place and don’t normally write reviews but this was just a waste of money.

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of our food as well as the delivery time. The email said that our food would be delivered in 27 to 37 minutes. Over an hour later, our food arrived. The delivery driver said no apology for the late delivery and had no sauces or seasonings on hand. When he left we went to open the pizza and chicken appetizer that we had ordered. The chicken was a major disappointment that bordered on inedible. The chicken was burnt to a crisp, yet the bacon somehow managed to be almost raw. It was horrible. The pizza also tasted over cooked and bland. I am severely disappointed in the quality of food as well as the customer service I received. Major thumbs down.
