At the Foxbank plantation location I always order extra sauce but never receive it. My last pizza from them was cold and burned and so dry, (hence the extra sauce). Even with the free pizza coupon I’m done.

I ordered their 6.99 special . I ordered a pizza, and their parmesean bites. The dough didn’t even rise, they baked it anyway. The dough from the pizza had a bitter taste. None of it was edible.

Owner of this franchise has disabled most of the online coupons for orders. So don’t expect to save a buck from here. Then when you compare the value of their pizza at near full price to other local businesses: don’t waste your time with them. The pizza at least is as advertised.

I’ve always ordered pizza from this store online. Always average, never complain about anything before. Then they send me a wrong pizza. I call and told them about it. They offered a free pizza in order to apologize for mistake and now I’m trying to contact the store and they can’t keep up with the deal. It’s not about money, free pizza or whatever. It’s about the respect with a customer, with people, and honesty.
