This location is the absolute worst. I just sat in line for over 40 minutes for my pizzas that were ordered an hour prior, to be picked up. No apologies when I get to the register to get my pizza. I get home and this is the half sausage/half cheese pizza I ordered. Literally the worst customer service and food experience I’ve had.

After waiting 40 minutes the tracker said my order was ready. When I got to the store I paid. 15 minutes later they say they don’t have my order and refuse to refund my money. Only option they gave was for me to come back later. I decided it wasn’t worth waiting almost another hour. So in summary this Domino’s robbed me of my time and money. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else if you want pizza.

Usually the Reidville Rd location has good pizza. But, tonight, 9/3/2023, the pizza was not up to par. Pizza was cold when I arrived at the drive thru window. I waited over 5 minutes for any of the 4 workers, inside, to ask me my name and get my pizza & salad. Also, the plain cheese pizza, that I picked up, had minimal cheese and sauce. It tasted like cardboard.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star but in order to do a review I have to give at least one! I order food at 330 pm and asked for it to be delivered at 545 pm the same day. I called at 550 to see where my delivery was and was placed on hold until about 606pm. I was told they were short on drivers and that she was fixing to leave the store now. Looked on the app and the estimated delivery time was 639 pm. At least that was right. Because the food looked horrible and some of my order was incorrect! Not to mention I ordered twice before that and was told they didn’t have drivers and I would have to come pick up my food or cancel my order. Why offer delivery if you won’t do it. I had to send someone to pick it up both times and never got my money back that I had to PAY for delivery that they can’t PROVIDE! Plus the order that was placed today was over $50 smh. Won’t be ordering here anymore!

Food always takes forever here. You place your order and it takes 30 min to get in the oven. I tried giving them a second chance. Got the same results both time. Not to mention my pizza is never made right.

Some of the worse customer service! Waiting over an hour for our food to get a text saying my order was cancelled didn’t call me or nothing. So I called them and they said they do not deliver here. We have ordered from this location multiple times before and never had a problem.

Took over a hour and a half to get our order we ordered at 10:56 and have t got our food and it’s 12:30 we only got a sandwich pasta and boneless wings. I called the store and the girl was very rude and just apologized saying there were three orders ahead of me. Hire more drivers then! We Won’t be ordering from them again ♀️
