The worst dirty place on planet earth, huge rats running inside, the dirty guy Robert It seems to be the manager is a disgusting, besides being rude it seems that he was offended when he was shown the rats, maybe they are his relatives because he did nothing but get angry. It was the worst experience, I don’t know how such disgusting human beings can work in places that sell food.

Prices weren’t posted. 12″ thin crust turned out to be $17. Crust was over done and toppings were very sparse. When I complained about not posting the prices the manager mumbled something about the way the laws keep changing. Over all bad experience.

Horrible customer service. I was tracking my pizza on the app and went outside when it said my order was here. I did not see the driver at all. Called the store and they told me to wait 10 minutes and call back if I still didn’t get my order. When I called back they said the driver tried to contact me and I did answer. I have ZERO missed calls. They brought my order back to the store and CANCELED it. Completely unacceptable.

I wanted to personally give a shoutout to Rukayyah for the extra mile she took while making my gluten free pizza. She asked the person handling my pizza to change their gloves and even use a clean pizza cutter because she personally understands how sick cross-contamination can make someone. I didn’t even ask her to do this but she did it anyway. All of the other staff working tonight were extremely friendly and professional.

On 10/10/22 ordered two steak and cheese sandwiches. One with no cheese and one with everything per the menu. Both had little meat that was dried out and tough. Both had cheese, no mushroom and no green peppers. The sandwich did not look like the one on the menu. In Domino’s desire to be quick, they leave items off the order. I will not eat at the Main St Domino’s again.

This is the best Domino’s. We order from them often, and we never have to wait longer than 30 minutes for our pizza to be delivered. We’ve never had a problem with our order, and it’s always so good.

I’ve ordered from this location twice and both experiences were horrible. They cancel your delivery order because they never have drivers, but they never call you first to see if you’re able to pick up your order first before canceling it. On top of that they send an email saying allow 2-5 business days for a refund and if you don’t receive one by then to call customer care. When you call customer care they advise that this location isn’t apart of their franchise and to get in contact with the manager. The manager is sooo freaking rude it’s unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all cost.
