Just don’t do it. We’ve given them way too many “one more chances” because they are the only place that delivers to us. It’s not worth it. It is ALWAYS burnt. No matter what time of day or day of the week…it arrives burnt…or at best, really overdone. Sometimes it is both burnt AND undercooked- quite the feat! This includes both the pizza and side dishes. The toppings are also wrong about 50-60% of the time. If you complain, you’ll get a free pizza but it changes nothing. So do yourself a favor and check out Marcos or Pizza Hut or just fire up Door Dash and skip the pizza.

The website is ridiculous and you can’t get a person on the phone. Tried to order the 1 toping medium pizzas for $6.99 each but we can’t . It adds $20 to the bill for no add on

Food didn’t show up for over 2 hours, manager was rude, unsympathetic, and insisted the food would be totally fine and not cold so I basically shouldn’t complain. Food showed up luke warm and gross; exactly what you would expect from something that came out of the oven an hour prior. This also threw my whole evening off as I was hosting a small get together, we didn’t get to eat until everyone was supposed to be leaving!!! Called again today because I didn’t feel like dealing with the lady that already told me she wouldn’t do anything to compensate all the wasted time, “nothing at all can be done since this happened last night”

Not a single worker was wearing gloves while preparing people’s food. I even saw one person PICK at their eyeball then go back to preparing the food. No amount of soap can make that sanitary. I understand being busy, as I worked in fast food for 2 years, but workers repeatedly made eye contact with my boyfriend who was picking up the food and said nothing to him. After 30 minutes of sitting there staring at our food sitting on the rack ready to go out, they finally handed it over and I let it all slide because I was hungry. While we were eating, I saw a LEG sticking out of the cheese, and picked it back to see a dead bug pop out of it. Needless to say, as you can read other reviews, this place has gone incredibly downhill and the drive to Marco’s will save you a lot of frustration, and hopefully a nasty bug in your cheese.

Horrible!! We have been delivered someone else’s order. We called and was told we would be given a credit . We let it slide . Order again today and received this for a supreme pizza. Smh!! It’s worth a drive to Marcos or little Caesars! And the managers never care about your complaints!

Ordered my pizzas and breadstick at 7:34. Said it would be delivered 30 to 45 min. Which would be roughly 8:04 to 8:19. It left the store at 8:19 and was in a delivery car until 8:43. Driver was really nice but pizza was cold and pitiful. Called the store and the MOD could careless. Will never order pizza from Chapin Dominos again.

The quality has really dropped here over the 2 years. Dont get regular tossed pizza as that is like cardboard. Third time in a row now I have experienced that. Pan pizza not as bad but edges all burnt. They run their ovens way to hot. I ordered in store and watched for 30 mins my order( one pizza never made so had to wait the cycle twice). They tossed three pizzas in garbage just while I was there and turned down oven twice in 30 mins. Owners are out of Aiken and Augusta . They need to do random visits to this place more. I have already expressed my opinion to them and they sent me something to try again. I will wait a while before going back. Granted it was Friday dinner time but have had this on other nights earlier in week too.

Save your money. Soupy, “pepperoni” pizza that took way too long to get here. Apparently a free pizza makes up for spending $30 on two pizzas that were both equally as gross. Haven’t ordered from them in months due to terrible service, inedible pizzas and ridiculous wait times. I’d rather buy a frozen pizza than order from them ever again

2nd time trying them after moving back to the area last year. Pizza overdone and cut crooked. NO spinach in my bread sticks. Sandwich super greasy. Will just drive to the one at Walmart.
