We are in town on vacation from coastal NC and Ordered the Cali chicken, bacon, ranch And the Philly cheese steak. It was 2 of the best pizzas I’ve gotten in a long time, thanks y’all knocked it out of of the park.

It took well over an hour for our pizza to be delivered. It was in quality check for 18 minutes before it was on its way. When we received our pizza it wasn’t even warm. The pizzas looked very unappetizing and they were unappetizing. One of the pizzas was wrong. We ordered a pizza with half cheese and half with mushrooms and peppers. We received a pizza with half of it mushrooms and the other half peppers. The last few times we have ordered from here has not been great but tonight was by far the worst. We will no longer be ordering from here to expensive for pizza when I can get better quality from the frozen section at a grocery store.

Oddities Observed
Ordered 3 pizzas and was given a 20 estimated minute ready time. Drove up for carry out, and no one was working in the kitchen. There was a staff issue where an employee had a short drawer, and management was making her pay out of pocket. They also sent her home, but the manager was just sitting at their computer while the delivery driver just stood there, not knowing what to do. After I waited 10-20 minutes, employees finally came out and started making pizzas. I had to wait an additional hour, while they dug out from their backlog of delivery orders. No one apologized for the wait, offered to make it better, or even tried to expedite my order as I was the only one sitting there. I tried to get help afterwards through the Domino’s customer service chatbot, which did nothing. Then I called customer service line, and the representative told me the manager or owner would call me to make it right, but that also never happened. Called the store directly to get a refund, was on hold twice, totaling 65 minutes, but someone did help me an said I would receive a refund in next 3 business days. They were nice about it, and I wonder where this level of service was for everything that came before it. Will never order from here again as I cannot trust that it won’t happen again, from reading the other recent reviews.

Absolutely the worst customer service EVER. Several people were waiting more than an hour and walked out. I ordered using the App for pick up, promised 35 minutes. After 50 minutes I asked the cashier when my order would be ready….. she said with attitude it had not been placed in the oven yet….. no apologies. I asked for my money back but since I charged it they refused to give me a receipt showing a refund. This is the only Dominoes in Etowah and they know they have a monopoly and treat customers accordingly….. they don’t care, won’t provide service as promised and last but not least the floors are filthy. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Hendersonville or Brevard. Better selections and the pizza won’t taste like cardboard and will be ready when promised. Dominoes should take this franchise away from the owner. It makes all Dominoes look bad. Can I give this place less than one star?

Won’t order from here again. Always takes 2 hours or longer, half the time our drinks are missing, and one time we got a half eaten order of bread bites that was apparently the drivers snack. Pizza Hut always has the order here in 45 minutes or less, usually 30. Been putting up with this for years. Order has been in quality check for 30 minutes. I bet it’s cold when it gets here.

My husband went to pick up our pizza and when he got there he was told that they gave our order to the wrong person. As he was waiting for them to remake the pizza, the person who received our pizza returned it. They put it back on the shelf and then handed it to my husband. Not only did we get a cold pizza but we got one someone else had touched and opened.

This is the second time that they got my online pick up order wrong. Apparently they gave my order to someone else and I got theirs. This time they completely got one of our pizzas wrong even though the receipt showed exactly what I had ordered. I didn’t catch it till I got home. I took the wrong one back and asked to be refunded for the one pizza. The lady said they couldn’t refund a partial order. I said just refund the whole order then and she said that she couldn’t do that either. So much for Dominos wanting to make sure the customers are happy.
