Don’t order pickup through drive threw, it’s been 10 minutes and no one has came to the window and my food online said it was done. Go in and no one comes up front for another 10 minutes. It’s frustrating cause my food is already made. Also food was not fresh when we got it. There was 5 people in the building and no one can come to the window? That crazy if the food was fresh okay but it pretty much sat out for 20 minutes. Very unpleased

Picked up a pizza on my way home this evening. Got home, pizza was burned. I’m talking charcoal, hard as a rock pizza. Called to complain, was told because I ordered a thin crust with light cheese, it’s going to be burned. Funny thing, the other 20 plus times I’ve ordered it this way, it’s never been burned. Manager wouldn’t even talk to me.

Great place!! I get off work late at night and this is my go to, so a lot of the time I order around closing time. I really appreciate what they do because I work in fast food myself and know that it can suck to have to make an order so late at night.
