My husband’s construction crew was provided lunch by the company. I ordered 25 large specialty pizzas and 9 brownies. The complicated process was my fault as I chose “pickup” instead of delivery. I believe my 1st interaction was with Percy and he was very kind and professional. As Lacey walked in the door, she stepped in to assist me. CSR Lacey was an absolute lifeline for me as I scrambled to attempt to correct my mistake. She took care of everything and the 25 pizzas and 9 pans of brownies were made and out for delivery in 25 minutes! That’s extraordinary! Rose completed the process and the delivery and food quality was as always, excellent! Thank you to Percy, Lacey, and Rose for a job well done!

This review isn’t necessarily against this particular establishment, but the company as a whole. I did some calculating when trying to apply the 20% coupon to a custom order, and it turns out that it is a complete scam. My order was $38.10 with the delivery fees and taxes added. At checkout it shows the “money saved” in red at about $32. But right after that the taxes and fees were added back on and my order ended up being what it originally was. I removed the coupon and the price was the same, regardless. I looked around online and found that other people have picked up on this as well. I’m really disappointed that I found this out, but I’m also not surprised.

While waiting to pick up my order that was ready, dude was standing behind the counter on his phone with his back towards the customers. He dropped some wings on the floor and proceeded to pick them up and eat them off the ground. Walked over to me while eating a chicken wing and asked me what order I had. Not very professional if you ask me

Excellent service from ordering until pickup. I needed some pizza for some hardworking and hungry Marines. They had a dozen large pizzas ready in fifteen minutes just like they promised. The pizza was delicious as usual.

Firstly let me say the food is good. The reason I have for give this rating is because the service. I ordered delivery and my driver forgot several of the sauces(nothing major), but when I called the store to ask if I could just come by and get them or have another driver drop them off. The store answered and then immediately hung up, so I though maybe it was by accident. So I call back again and the exact same thing happened. They did this 3 more times, so I’m tired of wasting my time trying to contact the store on its mistake. My final piece is the delivery drivers need to validate their orders prior to leave the store and the store needs to answer phones correctly.

I haven’t eaten Dominoes in YEARS, this location is delicious! We get the thin crust and Brooklyn style and both are really good. Orders are always easy to place, coupons are great and the food is always really good. We order and pick up at the drive through so I don’t know about delivery, but pick up is always great!
