After the foreign lady at the call center messed up our order and put that we ordered plain wings when we actually asked for buffalo (32 wings, not even a small order), we called the store and were told that they would send out the correct wings. 2 hours later we call back and are told that they won’t be sending the wings, and he had no clue about someone else sending them. My husband went up there to get them and “Ben” proceeded to show him the receipt saying that he ordered plain wings (when there were several people here that heard both the original order AND the other manager saying they were sending the right wings), and refused to fix the problem. He called my husband “ignorant” and was very rude and arrogant. I work in customer service as well and the way he acted was unacceptable, no matter the situation. To this day nothing has been done about it.

Terrible service, took 2 hours to get my order and it had sit under heat lamps so long, it was not edible. Threw away $30. I did not complain but they sent me a coupon for a free medium 1 topping pizza apologizing. I used the coupon and ordered again , took an hour and half to get it. Again, dried out and hard. So I tried 1 more time so I went to pick it up, waited an hour and when I got there it wasn’t even started yet. Told me to wait another 30 minutes. So… Forget it.. won’t go back

the manager is a rude d×ick and should not be working in an industry where he has to deal with customers. not professional at all and hung up twice on me. I used the app and according to their app they should deliver to me but he got mad and cursed at me and hung up. all I wanted to know is why their app directed my order to that store and that sounded like an internal issue they should just transfer it over to the other store but when I called over and suggested it got cursed at again and was told that they will never deliver to me now and hung up on me. so this place is a joke

Crooked operation – don’t waste your time or money here. I ordered a pizza and an 8 piece boneless chicken. 8 pieces to them apparently means 4 regular sized wings cut in half. I contacted corporate and was informed it was a local owned store. They sent my contact information to the management team and assured me someone from the team would contact me. Two weeks and multiple emails with corporate later, the store still has not reached out despite multiple corporate attempts. If you enjoy being scammed out of your hard earned money, this is the dominoes for you!
