Awful experience, zero stars. Waited over 2 hours for pizza. Tried calling several times with no answer. Finally drove over to get some answers. Was told I need to get on ‘beach time.’ I grew up here, so I know the pace of things. 2+ hours is not beach time. That’s lazy time. 3 workers in the store doing nothing when I arrived. I was told by the staff not to come back after telling them that this caused distress to my family as we were extremely hungry and didn’t know if pizzas would ever arrive since we could not reach the store by phone. Please do not order from here you will be very sorry that you did. I will be taking up a complaint with the chain as never have I ever had such a bad dominos experience. This place should be ashamed of themselves and shut down permanently. On the other hand It’s a great opportunity for a mom and pop shop to come in and take their business so please someone do just that. The island will thank you.

Some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced, part of the order was missing, and what was delivered was messed up, ordered a hand tossed and received a thin crust. So my girl called up there to order a new one and was repeatedly hung up on. After the second time decided it would be best to give up due to the probability of them doing something to the food. I don’t hold anything against the delivery driver but the manager was extremely rude and argumentative. Refusing to take the second order and fixing the first order. So be aware if you ever have a problem with this store and this manager.

Terrible customer service! Quoted 35-40 minutes, waited 1 hour 40 minutes. Missing 2 sides of dressing but charged anyway. Ordered 3 Caesar salads and charged for the dressing which should have come with the salads. And then charged for 3 sides of dressing we didn’t order and didn’t receive! Called to inform and were told they cannot credit us for a “small $ amount” and they would deliver the 3 packets of dressing (which we didn’t even order) if we’d like. This was after we were finished eating as we ate immediately after waiting so long. Super disappointing on our first night in town.

Terrible store. The girl that works at the register was so stupid told me one pizza and two drinks I said yes that’s right she said OK it’s $30 and I asked her again one pizza and two drinks a medium size pizza yes $30 then I end up giving my husband the card in the car. I come back in and she said oh I’m sorry I accidentally rang it up for two pizzas and two drinks that’s why it came to 30 she said we’ll do u want the 2 I said I don’t think my husband‘s gonna want two medium pizzas. I said let me go ask him and then he goes in and they were so stupid. The lady said it may take 5 to 7 business days this is retarded. It was her mistake they should give me my cash back right then.

Called at 8:56PM, was told our small order would be ready in 12-24 mins. Went in at 9:10, and they hadn’t started making the order. Fine, that’s okay. Waiting 20 mins. Asked about my order. Still was “being made”. Didn’t get our order until 9 mins shy of an hour after calling the order in. Only ordered a 12 inch cheese pizza and lava cakes. Paid for the order and mentioned the “30 mins or free policy”. We pulled up the 30 mins or free terms on the DOMINOS WEBSITE. Rude guy at the counter said they don’t honor that bc they got rid of it in the 90’s. Tried to make us feel like awful people for mentioning it. Meanwhile we had 3 screaming kids in the car for their pizza, and fell asleep right before the order was finally done.

The slowest pizza place I’ve ever been to. We placed our order an hour before we got there and it wasn’t even cooking when we arrived. It may be busy on a Saturday but domioes should be prepared. Will never order from here again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Service was terrible, we had to wait for thirty minutes before we got any notice. And once we did we found the pizza wasn’t even being made. We cancelled immediately and surprisingly got our money back.

Pizza is always cut poorly. Some tiny pieces, some huge. Missing part of our order. Called to ask where was the rest, and they said they were out. We asked why they still charged us, and we were hung up on. Very poor customer service.
