Ordered through app and told 33-43 minutes until Ready. Drove up allowing 45 minutes only to be told it wasn’t even started and it would be at least another hour. Employees act like they don’t even care. That’s cool, won’t go back to them. If I’m going to wait 2 hours for a pizza, it won’t be a domino’s! It will be a real pizza!

On my recent visit to Kure Beach, we decided to order for dinner one night. After placing our order around 7:45 pm, the online ordering started our order would be ready around 9:00. Ok no big deal. Only pizza place around there on a Saturday evening. After arriving, we were told our order had yet to be made. We waited until almost 9:50 to get our pizza. Rude staff who was to concerned about talking on their cell phones or each other. Not to mention there were a few employees who either did not have a mask on or had it pulled down!! Even the manager had his mask pulled down. When I went in to finally get my order, my mask was on and everyone else decided then was a good time to pull theirs up…. Their excuse as to why so long was their system was down all day online…. But yet, I still was able to place an online order…. I will never order from this location again.

Wife went into the store and asked for the pricing on a medium pizza and a large pizza. She ordered the medium and as she was about to pick it up, saw a sign on the wall advertising the same medium pizza at a lower price than what she paid. She asked the employee about the discrepancy, only to be told you have to ask specifically for the special. This restaurant is playing coy and deliberately misrepresenting prices. They were clearly asked what the price was and chose to give the answer that suited them.

When I call they transfer you to someone not even at that store. They tell you 30 minutes. And hour and a half later when you call again they transfer you to the store. Tell you they are running late. Then hang up on you before they tell you when or if it’s even been made. Go somewhere else

Said it would be delivered in 26min it was 53min. They said they were short on drivers and the pizza was cool when we started to eat. They have some problems.think I will try a local pizza shop next
