Ordered a Brooklyn style pizza and cheesy bread and both were completely inedible. The pizza was so gross, covered in a gross looking layer of orange grease and it was so thin in the middle it just fell apart and turned to mush when we touched it.

Tonight when I received my order by delivery I was handed a Sprite with a roach on it. Before the driver handed me the Sprite I asked him what was on my Sprite. He knocked off the roach and said “now it’s off” then proceeded to hand me the bottle. When I called the store to speak with a manager, she said she would talk to the driver and pass the information to the general manager. She didn’t ask me for my information or what was my order. She didn’t offer to refund the drink or anything. She just asked if I would like for her to pass this information to the GM.

Ordered a pan pizza with double beef. The perimeter was missing cheese most of the way around. There was one piece that had very little beef. I called to provide feedback, and the person on the call immediately jumped into defensive mode rather than listen to feedback. I am/was a regular of this Gordon Road Dominos. But never impressed with the location and definitely not the customer service. I will try to avoid this location in the future.

Ordered a cheesy bread, 2 2 litre sodas and a 3 cheese medium pizza. Did not receive the marinara sauce. When I called to ask if they would make it right, I was told they would deliver a marinara when they could. I could reheat the bread in my oven. Mind you, I am disabled and did state such. I was told I was making a big issue out of a sauce and they didn’t need my business. He wasn’t trying to be rude(his words) but DEFINITELY was.

Placed an order, went to pic it up, everyone turned towards the door and saw me enter. I stood and I stood there and one guy made eye contact with me bud didn’t say a word. Two people came from the back and was standing there after making eye contact, not a word. Two people making pizza, not a word. I had to speak up just to get their attention to acknowledge me. Customer service is out the window at the Gordon Rd location!

I called to order a pizza, and because another store was a half mile closer, they said they couldn’t do it. When I asked for a moment to try to find the store she mentioned, she hung up instantly. Terrible customer service. Dominos has always been bottom of the list for pizza anyways. This just confirms it for me to never order from there.

They’re super sweet at this location. It consistently takes much longer than expected for delivery, but they are severely short-staffed. Despite that, they still try their best and maintain a kind attitude. Customer service everywhere has gone downhill, so we personally appreciate that kindness more than being prompt at this point.
