I would not recommend this location. Received a spoiled salad with my order. Manager was clearly annoyed with my presence when I asked to speak with her. All I wanted was a fresh salad. Had to speak with corporate instead. Very sad.

just moved into an apartment down the street and received a “welcome to the neighborhood “ coupon for a free medium pizza. it said on the front we could call in for delivery. we tried to call and they said they couldn’t do it because there was no promo code. plus the man on the phone was very rude. i ended up driving down there and they fulfilled our order but when i asked why we couldn’t have it delivered nothing the employee said made sense. no one here knows what they were doing. bad customer service.

Big Shout out to this store. Severely understaffed but the 2 guys working inside were doing an amazing job. Not many people know how taxing and difficult it is to run a busy pizza shop with a staff of 8-10 people. So the fact that they are doing it with 2 is borderline super-human. That level of work under that level of pressure while also delivering a quality product is a sign of a top notch crew.

Placed online order at 6:28pm on Monday 8-15. Said would take 46-56min. The tracker said Quality Control Checked at 6:38. At 7:40 (we live 15min. away from the store) it still hadn’t said it left the store so I tried to call (was on hold for over 20min. Never got through to anyone, I just hung up when the food arrived). The tracker changed to driver left the store at 7:52. It arrived at 8:10. Almost 2 hrs after it was ordered, and about 1.5 hrs after it said the food came out of the oven. It also was lukewarm at best.

Wish I could give it a negative rating. This is the third time in a row that I order from this location and it’s taken over an hour for delivery and the order is not accurate either. When you call, not only you wait over 15 mins but then after the wait, you get hung up on. . If they cannot deliver, they should not accept orders for delivery.

About 15 minutes after ordering online, the website showed our order was in quality check. 45 minutes later it was still in quality check so I called. Asked for the manager and when he came to the phone he said he was short drivers and it would probably be another hour. That meant my pizza would be over 2 hours old by the time I received it. Totally unacceptable. I asked why I hadn’t been called and told and he said they called some of the customers. I asked for and received a full refund.

Worst experience at a Domino’s and I used to work for them. Placed an order online and the order stayed in “prep” status for 1hr only to get canceled while under normal business hours. When I came to the drive-thru the employee that approached the door wouldn’t say anything other than “the order was canceled so deal with it”. The manager on duty wouldn’t come and speak to me. The manager just stated that they didn’t want to deal with it. Great service Domino’s! Is this what your teaching in your employee new hire training?

I could not recommend this location more – apparently there were some staffing issues tonight and while not ideal, bc it took me quite awhile to get my pizza, I commend the staff that were working for having such a positive demeanor through it all! I could hear the stress in their voices (which absolutely broke my heart for them) but they kept working hard to get the orders out / complete! That type of work ethic / positive attitude deserved a 5 star review!!
