My Pizza was great on 3/17/23! I order the xxtraganza pizza! Plenty of items on it! Crust was delicious and was not burned!

Called me and told me that they can’t make my order and they’re closing the store this was at 7:20pm… 20 minutes after I placed the order and the app said they were working on it… just unacceptable. Obviously whoever owns the store has no idea what goes on there. In addition to this I tried to place an order today and could not place it online, on phone through automated system, or speak to an actual person. This place is a joke.

They are absolutely amazing and very fast at getting you your order very polite and my food has always always been cooked amazing there needs to be another word to really explain because amazing is too simple but I love this Domino’s location and will always return and on top of it they are very cheap in my opinion have the best coupons and the amount of food that I get I would never be able to go to Pizza Hut or Papa John’s or anything like that and pay what I pay they are amazing at giving you Rewards and not just your point Rewards but emails with 50% off your next visit 20% off your full menu price when they were doing the promotion of bringing you your food to your car and if they didn’t do it under the certain time they stuck to their promotion and the next time I came I received my free pizza or a discount I don’t want to be incorrect but the promotion at the time it was amazing but I can go on and on just know if you’re ever in this area or passing through Domino’s is amazing in St Paul’s North Carolina and I am a big big Pizza Hut fan but I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in over 6 months since I received my first order at this Domino’s but thank you for reading my review and I hope you get to stop by and enjoy the food and eat great for the evening or day just like I do you won’t regret it promise you

Ordered chicken carbonara and got just chicken Alfredo. Called immediately and they fixed it. Pizza was delicious fresh and hot.

This is the worst dominos ever. Called the area director Jason Lewis said he was out of town and he didn’t seem too concerned. They served me a burnt pizza and the manager didn’t want to remake it. All I asked was too remake it so then I asked for my money back and she didn’t want to do that either. She needs a recap on customer service. The cheese was black and the box had a label on it that said well done. Who even asked for a well done pizza. They left it in the oven too long and tried to put it off on me but I caught it. She then said I would have to pay for my pizza upfront from now on. Who doesn’t? Everybody pay for pizza when ordering online. They don’t have to worry about it ever again. Find new mgmt.

Ordered tonight over the phone. Went to pick up my order and a guy came to the door and said they didn’t have a pick up order with what we told him we ordered. We drove 10 miles mind you. We had forgotten our phones and he told us the only way to get a new order in was by phoning in. We came all the way home and I called back to the store and the lady that I first placed the order with said that the guy that came to the stores front door said to her after we left that we were trying to just place a new order! I asked her if they could meet us and she put me on a 10 min hold then I hung up and called back and she said that I had an attitude and she wasn’t going to give me my order!!!! I specifically told her that I was not talking with an attitude towards her I was just frustrated with the whole situation but she said oh well and hung up on me! Unacceptable customer service and no way to run a business

When I arrived to pickup my order, which I placed through the Dominos app there were 3 employees inside that I could see. One seemed to be diligently working, while the other two, younger ones, were sitting and playing on their phones, laughing having a good time. Both of the younger employees made eye contact with me as I arrived at the pickup window, but continued to sit there, not acknowledging my presence. Finally, after several minutes, the third employee came to the window with a simple, “can I help you?” I have not ordered from dominos for a long time due to the lack of quality, and customer service. I decided to give them another try tonight, and while I haven’t even eaten my food yet, I’m pretty sure I’ll not return again due to the customer service. Customer service in this industry seems to have gone downhill as a whole, with a lack of work ethic, and respect shown by the younger generation of employees. I’ll stick to Pizza Hut from now on. So far they are still friendly, and courteous.

It snowed last night, my employees made it to work, Walmart, gas stations, McDonalds, Hardees All open… This domino’s just decided to not open their store, Their website took my order and my money. There was no notes or anything on their door. I waited 45 minutes after the store was supposed to open to give them the benefit of a doubt.. DOMINOS If I can make it to your store and everyone else was open, What Is your excuse?? And I would like my money back because you took my order and you did not fill it!!

My order was a little wrong due to them having very busy night first time this ever happened and the lady manager or asst manager I can’t remember which one was fixed it and brought it herself she was wonderful and very nice. Other workers have always been very nice and respectful. Today she quickly fixed the problem and had it out to me very very quick. I’ve always been very satisfied with them and service especially her she went above and beyond what she had to and I hope she can be rewarded for that somehow cause she definitely deserves it.
