I placed an order online at 1 for a pizza a breadsticks with a lava cake. At 2 it was still listed as prep, so I called the store to see what was going on. The person that answered was very rude, told me they were the only one there with one driver and there were still 9 orders ahead of me. I can understand the situation but she was talking to me like it was my fault. Canceled the order and would not recommend. If you can’t provide the service, don’t take the orders.

After my order was in “quality check” for 40 minutes. I tried to call the store. On the 4th attempt someone finally answered the phone and hung up immediately. Fifth attempt they picked up and put me on hold. 6th attempt I finally got somebody and he said “well honey we only have two drivers and we don’t have anyone to get it to you.” As if I knew what their staffing situation is (and don’t call me honey, ever). His tone was as if I was standing in front of him, watching a dumpster fire and asking for a pizza. Nope, just asking about the product I paid for.

There is a reason I don’t order pizza from franchises, the pizza was awful, the meat tasted spoiled. Maybe that’s why it’s $6.99 for a medium 2 topping? The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the bread bites were decent since that’s all I ate for dinner. Will not order again!

This place needs help. We waited an hour for 1 pizza, and while waiting in the store the staff were making fun of a customer who just walked out & said they don’t care to answer phones. They don’t care about their job or the quality of the food. They’re clearly there for the check. This place needs new staff and management.

Worst customer service. Ordered 1 large pizza with a carry out via dominos app with 15-25 mins range for pick up. When I arrived there after 18 mins they told me that my pizza will be ready in another 25 mins because of another large order they had. Told me they don’t care about the app, and that I have to wait until after they’re done with that big order. Didn’t bother to squeeze me with my single cheese pizza and just canceled my order in front of me. They’re the worst and it was the worst experience with Dominos by far.
