I really wish I could give zero star. The cashier at the front desk in the night (7/31/2023) is terrible. We had ordered for Buffalo chicken pizza and the sauce wasn’t added to it. So , I drove back to the store and asked about it. She literally said you can add buffalo sauce to it and eat. Like seriously ??? Don’t you think I have buffalo sauce at home and can simply add on it ?? She went back and added the buffalo sauce on top of cold pizza and literally slammed the pizza box on the desk and without having a word she went inside. I have never been treated this way. Her attitude showed that she’s a racist. Or what else can be said about her attitude. Does the customer service sounds like this ??????? If this is how the customer service is then I better not shell my money on this food and been treated as if I’m homeless.

We have ordered from this location countless times since they opened and have never had a problem. We like to order some really fun creations so we also never made it easy. Even then, food has always been made really well and employees have always been nice and welcoming inside. I’m not really sure what the deal is with these other reviews, but it can’t just be luck for us.

I have ordered a buffalo pizza and I got the normal pizza. We went back to them to store they just gave buffalo sauce and told add by yourself. We told buffalo pizza comes with buffalo sauce on top of it. She just added sauce on top of cold pizza and threw the box in-front of us on the desk.

We ordered our pizza 3/19/23 and let me just say, before we even ate the pizza, we knew it was going to be delicious!!! The crust was so fluffy and yummy! We are always pleased with this location! We called to let Jeremy and Bernie know that they did great job with the pizzas!

Weak on toppings. Happened about 3 times and silly me thought it was going to get better over time and that I just got the short straw. Well, the last one around the end of Feb was also a dud with respect to the toppings.

Very bad customer service .we ordered buffalo chicken pizza but they didn’t add any buffalo sauce on top of the pizza .when we drove back to the store and asked the agent she didn’t responded properly and she went back and added buffalo sauce and she throws pizza box on counter without apologizing .she didn’t treated customers well and i don’t think so any customer deserve this kind of awful customer service .very bad experience..

I ordered a small pizza through the website on October 22, 2022. The pizza was not ready when I got to the store and upon inquiring, Adriana, the person at the counter said the order didn’t go through. While we were speaking she was touching her hair, the cash register and other boxes. She proceeded to try and make my pizza while I waited but did NOT WASH HER HANDS OR PUT ON GLOVES. She handled the dough with no gloves, and again without washing her hands. She handled the cheese with no glove and WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. I immediately told her to cancel my order and waited until I got the notification on my phone of the cancellation and received my money back. To say I was disgusted was an understatement.

Do not order from this location unless your life depends on it. Tonight us the 4th time they’ve messed up our order/ were egregiouly late delivering it. We live 5 minutes from the store and 3 times in a year it took over an hour and a half to delivery after the app said the driver was on the way. I still decided to give them another chance and pick up instead and they stated that had not started cooking any pick up orders only delivery. That was an hour and a half after we placed the order they hadn’t started cooking it yet.
