I’m no longer ordering from here. They used to be great, but the last 3 times I have ordered pizza it came without sauce. The website gave me a free pizza because of it, and it still came with no sauce and it was like someone threw the box around.

They marked my order as “delivered” when delivery driver was in my neighborhood (according to the app). I called the store & they claimed the system was having issues & what not & said driver was going to deliver it. I feel like they originally delivered it to the incorrect door & made another order to deliver.

So I’m absolutely sick of this dominoes. They get my order right 1/5 times I come undercooked, wrong orders, long wait after placing it online especially missing items from the pizza I’m really blown though this time did they not even bother to cut my girlfriends pizza they literally took a slice out of my pizza. I hope I get my money back either way I’m not coming back.

Tonight, 08/19/23 your driver, Shamel, literally screamed at me over the phone, because he said he “couldn’t find my apartment” even though I left detailed delivery instructions. He said said “you need to hurry up or I’m throwing this thing in the trash! My phone battery is about to die!”

Busy night and orders were taking longer than usual; however, the staff remained upbeat and seemed well-choreographed. A couple less experienced, I suspect, but they didn’t appear to get rattled. The food was good – almost always is.

I’m a faithful customer at this particular Domino’s because it’s close to my house. I have order food at minimum 10 times within the last two weeks. Today I walked in the location to place two separate orders because it was for myself and work. I placed my first order and when I went to pay for it I only had a $50 dollar bill on me at the time with out my wallet. The cashier flat out told me we don’t have change for that. She didn’t even attempt to see if she had changed or if a manager can make or even get change. So I immediately walked out the door. If she only knew or made some type of attempt most of the $50 was going to be spent in the location. I just needed my order separated from work order because of expenses purposes. They have lost me as a customer and I will take my business else where. Just a little bit of advice if you go to this location you might want to make sure you have small bills, debit card or credit card to make sure you can get service.

I waited online for 2 hrs to order my pizza because it wouldn’t let me do it online and use my code for a free pizza and when I finally got someone they hung up. This was the worst service I’ve ever had and I don’t think I will be ordering domino’s for a while and I will make sure my friends and family do not order from them either. And they wasn’t really busy around 130p to 2p.
