Salad was inedible… nothing but brown lettuce. Red onion was wet, soft, and nasty. They compensated me by giving me a credit for another salad in the future…. which I don’t think I’ll be using.

The store was clean but the pizza was as like cardboard. This is the first time I had dominos in years. Pizza is as much worse than I remember. I will not order domino’s again. They should go back to their old recipe.

I have had the worst experience today at this place. There was a white woman with brown hair and she was a brat and giving my 15 year old daughter attitude. My daughter had ordered garlic sauce and she had lied and told my daughter it was in the boxes, they checked all the boxes and nothing was in there. My daughter went in there and told her that there weren’t any in there and she still had continued to lie and say that she put them in there so my daughter told her that she can bring out the boxes and show her there were none in there so then she stormed to the kitchen and got some sauces, my daughter had said thank you and as she leaves the lady flicked my daughter off. This was disgusting behavior that my 15 YEAR OLD shouldn’t have experienced.

I ordered a pizza that said about 20 minutes until delivery. 30 minutes later it showed up. All I ordered was a medium cheese pizza. Apparently I need to specify that it needs sauce. I called the store and said Hey my pizza has no sauce. She put me on hold, came back and said, well my pizza maker says that there was sauce on it. I was literally digging my fingers through the pizza. No sauce at all. Eventually asked to speak to a manager because she kept putting me on hold and not telling me anything relevant. Then the manager tried to fight with me. Said he would send one out in an hour. I don’t have an hour, my child needs to eat her dinner. Had to threaten to call my bank before he would be willing to refund me at all. And then he swore that I was lying and that there was actually sauce when I promise you there was not. I know they need the pizza back in order to refund me so I offered to leave it on the doorstep forr him and that wasn’t good enough. So I had to pay delivery fee to drive over there myself to get money back, and I do not have food, and wasted my life? I don’t think so

If there was -0, that’s what they would get. HORRIBLE customer service! The girl who answers the phone is a snotty little brat with no customer service skills. We called because we received a pizza with NO sauce. Not a big deal. Just make it right. Instead, she chose to argue, said she talked to the pizza maker and he said he puts sauce on all the pizzas, insisting there is sauce. I drove the pizza back and asked her to show me the sauce. More attitude. The delivery driver was just as rude. We’ve ordered from this location for a few years without problems. No more.
