If I could give a 0 I would. I Placed my order around 10pm, it is now midnight and I still haven’t received it. Ive been waiting for over 2 hours at this point. The store is now closed so I’m here hoping that my order actually comes. At this point my order should be refunded.

Agree with the last 1 star review, if I could give 0 stars I would. I would recommend ordering your pizza a day in advanced if you want to actually receive it on time. Took approx. 2 hours to get the pizza. I see these cookie cutter responses to reviews from the manager, my personal recommendation would be to liquidate the staff, including yourself. A manager who does nothing to fix a circus like this, despite continuous 1 star reviews, is no manager at all. By the way, don’t bother calling as you won’t actually connect to anyone, the teleprompter says click 3 to connect with a store member but it says that button isn’t recognized, we finally managed to get put on hold but it was just that, hold, for 20+ minutes… we hung up. All of this occurred on a Thursday as well. Anyways never ordering from this place again. Thanks.

Lately their pizzas have been all watery for some reason, and when I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich, they packaged it in halves. That is, one side of the bread with the topping down on the paper, and the other side of the bread wrapped in the paper. Absolutely baffling how anyone could screw up that badly, but I will never be ordering from them again.

This location gave me the wrong order with pizza that was not cut into any slices. When I called the store to ask for a new pizza, no employees picked up the phone. I was on the line for over 30 minutes waiting.

Only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero. Waited 30 minutes AFTER ARRIVING to the store for a small 10inch pizza. The guy said that “he hasn’t started making it yet” and no one proceeded to make the pizza until 20 minutes after. No apologies or anything from the staff. Not to mention when I asked how much longer, the gentlemen very rudely responded. Ordered online for a quick pick up and this was just very disappointing. Will not be returning to this dominos.

I had been a regular to this store for almost 3 to 4 yrs but today was an horrible. Ordered pasta with premium chicken but when I opened the box..there were hardly any trace of chickens. Infact had to use handglass to look for chicken. My dinner got spoiled. Same with pizza. Hardly any chicken. Never ever happened. Seems you guys are running shot of Chicken. REF ORDER 1402

Placed and order yesterday and when I received my order all 3 pizzas where over cooked. The cheese was burnt and the thin crust was burned. It was just terrible. I tried to call the store but no one answered. I was truly disappointed in our $35 dollar order.
